First off, let me say that I absolutely love the wallpaper! Gorgeous is how I view it! Up until now, the customer service has answered all my questions and even sent a reprint of the “last two sheets”.

When I received my order that I paid for expedited shipping I was so excited. I had a Professional wallpaper installer do this for me. The problem is that the last two sheets have issues. #9 out of 10 was only a 1/4 of a sheet AND #10 out of 10 Was missing entirely. My wallpaper installer had installed everything else but we didn’t have the last two so I immediately emailed the company and told them the problem. They quickly responded and said that they were going to send me number nine and number 10 of my Design to me again and it would be expedited because of the problem. I was concerned that he wouldn’t get the pattern correctly and I asked him are you sure that nine and 10 are the ones that are coming after the number eight I have on the wall? He answered back saying that rest assured they are printing out # 9 and #10.

Fast forward to today when I received the two replacements. First of all they were numbered one out of two and two out of two which I just figured because they were re-ordering those two sheets that was the numbering instead of nine out of 10 and 10 out of 10. Those two together matched up. Unfortunately, number nine did not match up with number eight as I was concerned about previously. I immediately went and contacted customer service again, but this time they aren’t answering me. I assumed it may be because of a time difference or what but they are not answering me.

I spent a lot of money on this beautiful wallpaper and right now it’s not usable because I’m missing two sheets. All I want is for them to look at the video that I sent them so they could match it up from eight or call me even though they don’t have a customer service line because emailing is not Efficient being that you can’t talk to somebody and verbalize exactly what it is you were trying to say.

I will wait until tomorrow to assure myself that they are not answering me on purpose. At that point I will ask for a complete new set of one through 10 or my money back entirely. Then my installer will have to scrape what’s up there and we have to figure something out from there.

Please help me rectify this. I really love the wallpaper. It’s beautiful, but I need the last two sheets that match up.

I researched and read reviews for this company. I decided to give it a try. First installation went up fine, and came down within a week! Complete disaster. I contacted the company and sent photos. They gave many reasons the product might not have worked. So I explained that I am an interior designer and had planned on making a tik tok about my installation and experience which seemed to quickly motivate them to send me a replacement mural. I just got around to installing it, and it lasted 2 days! It came down today and was all stuck to itself. Not in the least bit salvageable. What a waste of time and money! Absolutely do not recommend.

I echo all the above. I had a professional who works with wall paper help me hang it. We followed the directions, watch videos and it didnt work. On top of the fact that when we removed it, it ripped my drywall. $1800 down the drain and they wont stand by it at all. C Complete c

Placed an order from this website 2 weeks ago and still have not received my order, nor correspondence regarding my order. The automated response was very vague and genetic. Please take my advice and do not order from the website. I wish I would have done my research. Be aware! Dont fall for the scam

So happy with the wallpaper I received! The quality is incredible and the installation process went surprisingly well. ? Really appreciate the customer service team - they promptly responded to some questions I had and helped clarify a lot. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends. ?

Do not order from this company! Its taken over a month to receive SAMPLES. *** is very unresponsive and vague with their responses. Hidden in their website it says that orders take *** biz days to fulfill but Im now at biz day 24 with no samples and no clear explanation for why I havent received them.

I do not reccomend this company! The sent a 4ft x 4ft section of wallpaper for my nursery that is completely unusable. Not a single part of the wall paper has the full image on it. The image is so blown up it that you can hardly tell what it is supposed to be. They are refusing to fix their error and issue a refund for their product they sent me. Awful customer service.

Weve ordered from WallBlush twice now and have had a great experience each time. Their design team does a great job, shipping was timely, and the quality was great. Now our powder bath and primary bedroom look on trend. We didnt experience anything like the other comments say, but I can only speak to ours and it was great. Thank you thank you! Will do definitely be back!

Scam. Pricing is outrageous and they dont post anywhere boldly that THEY DONT DO REFUNDS. After seeing the product in person 1. It had some damage and 2. its a lot whiter than I like so I thought Id return it for something else. I was not allowed a refund. All the offered was to re send the same product. Plus I had to pay the duties TWICE. Major regrets. I just want my money back.

My comments echo the same below. The paper is very heavy and hard to hang, it fell off my wall within a week and they won't give me a refund. Additionally they print a "label" on top of the art work on the wall paper so that ruins the design. This all should have been expected because as the others said they just delete any negative reviews from their website or socials and only have paid content and that's a red flag I ignored.

Value profit over customers Ended up out of pocket $310USD even though I selected *** but was charged US and paid duty. I used their sites measurement tool and received 14 sample size paper. 2x2. Which cost $6.00 by the way. Their offer to make this right 50% still had me spending another $441USD I have never been so misled on a product in my life- Angry to have lost the money. Oh and there is no one you can speak to- no number! Be aware!

Dont even have my product and wouldnt recommend this company. It isnt clearly stated that their product isnt readily available, it takes 15 production days. I paid for 5 day shipping, so I assumed in 5 business days I would have the item in hand. I still dont have my product due to production time. I assumed I missed the memo on this bust *** led their website and see its stated only under their FAQs section. I personally feel like I shouldnt have to dig for such crucial information. Will not order again.

Ridiculous customer service that you can only email to get in contact with. Ordered 3 different wallpapers and only received one. The other 2 were "rush shipped" according to them but still haven't received the second set they had to send me. The processing times are extremely varied. I was not allowed a refund on the items that they forgot to ship, only option was them sending them again even if I now do not want to deal with their company. Its honestly a scam. You can spend the same amount of money and just go to a more reputable company.

So let me start off by saying, I am not a wallpaper kinda guy, I consider myself a minimalist. My wife and I recently had our first child and she wanted something special on the wall as an accent wall. 1. The materials are top notch.2. Installation was a breeze, does take awhile for the best results but well worth it.3. *** is fast and reliable. Super friendly.4. Shipping is very quick considering the design, make and ship out all in house.Overall, im very impressed and happy with my purchase! We will be ordering again for the next baby! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are extremely vague about their processing time which is EXTENSIVE and unclear upon ordering. They provide no updates for weeks about the status of the order. They have sales every 2 weeks which they use as an excuse to take even longer to fulfill orders. Why are they having sales to increase orders when they cant keep up with existing volume? Their customer service reps and customer service manager, ***, are all extremely snarky and dismissive and absolutely do not value their customers what so ever. They tried to turn everything around on me for being frustrated by their sarcasm and complete disregard for customer satisfaction and canceled my order. Could not be more upset with the lack of care from this company for such an expensive product.

I should have read these comments first before ordering. This was absolutely a RIP off. I was super excited about decorating my room, and when it arrived it was no where near the size that I needed. I spent $80 for one room and $60 for my childs room and it only came with ONE panel for each. It looks like a complete disaster. I am unbelievably upset right now. I spent $100 bucks for 2 rolls of tissue paper. NEVER AGAIN. I could have went to *** and spent cheaper. Which I have done, and spent less money with more panels. My thought process was because this was an actual wall paper company, then I would be getting more bang for my buck, but it was the total opposite. This was absolutely a rip off. And then customer service ***. All they said was spend more money with us, we have sales all the time! WHEN I BOUGHT IT, IT WAS ON SALE! Never ever again.

I purchased 16, 10 foot rolls of the Nomad style wallpaper which I received last week. Unfortunately, it arrived totally damagedthe ends were extremely crinkled, the box that it shipped in didnt even fit the roll, and the non-taped end of the box wasnt even shut upon arrival. My husband and I have been redoing a guest room in anticipation for overnight, family guests. This is the last step of our remodel and we are at a standstill as the wallpaper is unusable. Our guest are due to arrive the beginning of next week and we have an unfinished wall that is a total eyesore. Any and all help that you can give me with regards to a replacement order would be SO APPRECIATEDthis wallpaper was a HUGE expense for us, one that we saved up for for months! Not having any type of direct customer service is incredibly frustrating in situations such as these as my issue is not due to my fault and it is incredibly time sensitive. I have pictures of the tattered box and damaged wallpaper if needed.

This company does not stand behind their product. I contacted them stating it was not hanging correctly. I told them I read and followed all their directions. Only 1 part of the design lined up and the others didn't on the same panel. Wall Blush kept blaming me for the problem and not taking any responsibility in their product being faulty. They also seems to delete any comments on their social media pages when someone says how difficult the product is to work with. This gives customers a false sense of security when purchasing the product because they only see the good reviews. Disappointed in the product and company. Wall Blush also states that you need to slightly overlap panels to match up your design. First, the design only lined up in one area and second, you can see the seam when you overlap the panels. Nobody wants to see a seam, it looks so bad! The product also says it will not ruin your walls and easily removes. That is also false, I slowly peeled back a corner and it took paint off my wall. This product is not easy to hang, so much false advertising. This is an expensive product and I expected more from them. Highly disappointed.
