Chris Clendenen, he is a polar bear at the Disney Springs location. Clendenen, has been stealing merchandise in the form of clothes key chains souvenirs and now food. I am afraid to report him without retaliation.
Threats have been made to management and no one is doing a thing as if this is all a joke. He has no respect for staff and constantly goes to his car and smokes marijuana and drinks alcohol in his container. Some of us can clearly smell it but ate too afraid to speak out.
As an employee it is very hard to find someone who will listen I am afraid for my own safety. Which is why I decided to reach out to corporate.

I have worked with Coca Cola at Disney Springs for some time now and I have never encountered such disgusting disrespect and no care for our store or the team or the guests. I am afraid and concerned because no one is saying anything about Chris Clendenen.
He smokes marijuana in his car and drinks alcohol in his containers. He has been stealing merchandise from clothes key chains scarves food and hides most of the things he takes in the Polar Bear costume then to the back of the cave where he puts them in his bag.
I am scared of retaliation and my car being destroyed or followed please help do something I do t know who else to turn to because management does not care and others smell the marijuana but are too afraid to speak up.
