Cool Breeze Beverages

omg, so like, i had the worst time with cool breeze beverages. like seriously, don't even think about trusting them. i gave them my credit card info and set up an appointment, but then they totally ripped me off. it was such a bummer. i would definitely say stay away from this company if you don't want to get scammed.

I ordered two 1/2 gallons of mango slushie, but instead got two 1/2 gallons of mango mania. I told Ryan B about the mistake, but he said to contact Rick instead. I emailed Rick twice, but he never replied. I then emailed Ryan asking for a refund, but still no response. I even called Ryan, but it went straight to voicemail. This company hasn't tried to fix the problem. They know they sent the wrong order because I sent pictures of what I ordered and what I got.

cool breeze beverages is a no go! i used my credit card to sign up and ryan, the owner, charged me twice and also charged me for stuff i never got. i tried calling and emailing but nothing worked. they said they'd send me a check but it never came. now i'm out $1,300 and it's a total scam. i'm hoping a lawyer can help me get some of my money back. don't make the same mistake i did!

I didn't realize it at first, but Cool Breeze been overcharging me for the frozen drink machine rentals since summer. They don't clean the machines often and charged me for someone else's syrups. They even charged another customer twice for their syrup orders. Ryan, the owner, won't give me my money back and it seems like this is a common thing as other reviews have mentioned it too.

Stay away from Cool Breeze Beverages! The drink mixes are good, but the owner, Ryan, is not trustworthy. He sold me a REFURBISHED Bunn Ultra 2 Slushy Machine for $1900.00. When it arrived, it was dirty, leaking syrup, full of rust, broken legs, and the ground plug was missing, so I couldn't use it! He said he would take it back, but he refused to give me my money back. He said he would put the balance towards a new machine, but I didn't want anything to do with him or his poorly run business. I waited a month for this machine to arrive, and I was very disappointed. I started a dispute with my credit card company, and when Ryan received the letter, he charged my card again for $1900.00! The credit card company is investigating him for fraud. Don't trust this company!
