The Bouqs Nope

I've been fooled by this company for the last time! Depending on where the recipient of your flower order resides, they may receive something that looks like a supermarket bouquet. A really awesome bait and switch. I've given these folks 3 opportunities to do right and each time it's a big fat disappointment.

The Bouqs Disappointing Mother's Day Flowers from The Bouqs Co

So, I got some flowers from The Bouqs Co. for Mother's Day, and let me tell you, they're not looking too hot. I mean, it's a real bummer. I was really hoping for something nice, but instead I got a bunch of wilted petals and droopy stems. Not cool, man. I'm definitely gonna have to have a talk with my daughter about this. I mean, I don't want her wasting her money on sad-looking flowers like these. It's just not worth it. So yeah, I'm pretty disappointed with The Bouqs Co. right now.

The Bouqs Disappointing Valentine's Day Flowers from The Bouqs Co.: A Review

So, I recently ordered some flowers from The Bouqs Co. for Valentine's Day 2023. I was pretty excited to surprise my significant other with a beautiful bouquet, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. When the flowers arrived, they were all brown and dried out. I was pretty disappointed, to say the least.

I decided to reach out to their customer service team to see what could be done about the situation. They told me to put the flowers in water and wait a few days to see if they improved before they could issue a refund. I wasn't too thrilled about having to wait, but I figured it was worth a shot.

After a few days, the flowers still looked pretty sad. I reached out to customer service again, and they were able to issue a refund for the order. While I appreciate their willingness to make things right, I was still pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

Overall, I'm not sure if I would order from The Bouqs Co. again in the future. While their customer service was helpful, the quality of the flowers was definitely lacking. If you're looking for a reliable flower delivery service, you might want to look elsewhere.

The Bouqs Disappointing Experience with The Bouqs Co.: Wilted Flowers and Bait-and-Switch

I ain't gonna lie, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with The Bouqs Co. I mean, I've tried them out three times now and each time I was left feeling like I got ripped off. The worst part is that depending on where your recipient lives, they might end up with a bouquet that looks like it came straight from the grocery store. Talk about a bait and switch!

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm all for supporting small businesses and I was really excited to try out The Bouqs Co. after hearing so many good things about them. But man, was I let down. The flowers I received were wilted and sad-looking, and the ones my friend got looked like they had been sitting in a bucket for days.

I don't know if it's just bad luck or what, but I'm done with this company. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. If you're looking for a reliable flower delivery service, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Trust me, you don't want to waste your time or money on The Bouqs Co.

The Bouqs Disappointing Experience with The Bouqs Co.: Moldy Flowers and Terrible Customer Service

So, I got some flowers delivered to my house from The Bouqs Co. while I was on vacation. When I finally got around to opening the box, I was pretty disappointed to find that they were covered in mold. Yuck! I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service to figure out who sent them, but it's been a real hassle. I keep getting the runaround and no one seems to want to help me out. It's really frustrating!

To make matters worse, if you want to talk to a real person on their website, you have to pay five bucks! Can you believe that? And there's no phone number to call either. It's like they don't even want to deal with their customers.

Honestly, I would be really careful if you're thinking about ordering from this company. If my experience is any indication, their customer service is terrible and their products might not be up to snuff either.

The Bouqs Disappointing Experience with The Bouqs Co.: A Review of Their Succulent Arrangement

I recently made a purchase from The Bouqs Co. and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my order. I had ordered an $80 succulent arrangement, which was based on the picture of a $60 arrangement in their advertisement. However, when my daughter sent me a picture of what she received, I was quite disappointed. The arrangement only had one succulent and 10 flowers that looked pretty, but not what I had expected. I felt like I could have done much better by going to the grocery store instead.

Although the company did credit my account, it did not solve the problem for the event that I had planned. I was hoping for a beautiful and unique arrangement, but instead, I received a mediocre one. In fact, my daughter had to go to Trader Joe's to get replacements for the event.

Overall, I was not impressed with my experience with The Bouqs Co. I had high hopes for their products, but unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations. I would recommend being cautious when ordering from this company and making sure to clarify exactly what you are expecting to receive.

The Bouqs Disappointing Delivery Experience from The Bouqs Co.: Incorrect Card and Mishandled Delivery

I recently ordered a bouquet from The Bouqs Co. for a birthday gift, but unfortunately, there were a few mishaps with the delivery. Firstly, the name on the card was incorrect and the event was listed as Mother's Day instead of a birthday. This was a bit disappointing as I wanted the recipient to know it was specifically for their special day.

To make matters worse, the bouquet was dropped off at a location half a mile away from where it was supposed to be delivered. The delivery person from Fedex left it by the entrance gate, which was wide open. This caused a bit of a panic as I had to send someone to find it so that it could still be a surprise for the recipient. Unfortunately, the surprise was not successful due to the delivery mishap.

While The Bouqs Co. did offer a $10 coupon for my next purchase, I am hesitant to use it as I don't want to risk another disappointment. I appreciate the gesture, but I would rather have a successful delivery than a discount on a future purchase.

Overall, I was disappointed with the delivery experience from The Bouqs Co. and hope that they can improve their delivery process in the future to ensure that gifts are delivered to the correct location and on the correct date.
