I ordered my mom flowers for mother's day. They said it would come on or before mother's day. But she just got them on Friday May 21st. Most of the flowers were dead, like they got run over by a truck. They only offered a new arrangement. I said no because it's pointless now. It would've been nice to get a credit or money back. I won't order from there again.

I bought some flowers from Bloomsy Box on 04/14. They took $47.08 from my card for the flowers and delivery. But guess what? The flowers didn't come on 04/29 like they were supposed to. So I complained to Bloomsy Box and they said they would send me another bouquet on 05/05. But I said no thanks to the replacement bouquet. They told me they refunded my money on 05/01. But it's 05/08 now and I still haven't gotten my refund. Can you believe it? I'm not happy.

I got charged for my bi-weekly subscription from BloomsyBox (Order# XXXXXX. They said it was delivered on July 21. I reached out to BloomsyBox to let them know that I never got it. They have my city listed as Shelby County, TN, but it's actually Cordova, TN. I've been buying flowers from them for a whole year and I've never had to call and say my bouquet didn't arrive. The representative, ***, told me to contact FedEx and file a complaint. Why do I have to do that? I told her no and asked her to cancel my subscription. I wanted a replacement bouquet, which she should have offered right away, but she didn't. Now I want a refund right away!

I signed up for a monthly bouquet from Bloomsy Box and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with the flowers. So, I tried reaching out to them through their website email to ask for a fresh bouquet. But guess what? They straight up ignored me. Rude, right?

A week later, I decided to cancel my subscription on their website. But then, out of the blue, they offered me a discount on my next bouquet through some automated thingy. I thought, "Okay, maybe they deserve another shot." So, I went for it.

But you know what happened? When I got my next bouquet on 8/12, it was all sad and wilted. I mean, just look at the picture I attached. It's a total bummer.

Enough was enough, so I canceled my subscription on the same day, 8/12. The next day, 8/13, I called their customer service line and talked to this person named ***. I demanded a refund of $33.74. But you won't believe what *** did. They didn't believe me! Can you imagine? They asked me to send a picture through email with "attn ***" in the subject line, so they could show it to their boss or something. I did it right away, but guess what? No response. Nada. Zilch. I'm still waiting, and it's been more than 48 hours.

Honestly, this whole experience with Bloomsy Box has been a major disappointment. I just wanted some nice flowers, but all I got was a runaround. Not cool, guys. Not cool at all.

I signed up for a flower delivery thingy that comes every two weeks and it costs me $100.68 per month. They send me one fancy bouquet and one bouquet of roses. On 7/06, I got an email from BB saying that my rose thingy had been sent. On 7/09, I emailed them to say that I didn't get it. On 7/10, I followed up and said that I still didn't get the roses. On 7/14, the roses finally arrived, but they were all droopy and dead. BB emailed me and asked about the flowers. I told them they were bad and I was annoyed that they hadn't sent a new bouquet yet, even though it had been a whole week since I complained. They didn't respond and I didn't get a new bouquet. On 7/17, I emailed them again and said that I still hadn't heard anything and I wanted to cancel my membership because their customer service was terrible. They didn't respond at all. On 7/26, they charged me $100.68 even though I tried to cancel. I want a refund of $202 or a free bouquet for a whole year.
