Unfortunately, the product I received was not what I was expecting - a sad-looking rose that I didn't feel comfortable giving to my wife as either a Christmas or early Valentine's Day present, especially considering the $100.00 price tag.

To add insult to injury, it became clear that Dose of Roses had printed the shipping labels for my order days before sending the product to make it seem like it was on its way. It's evident that the items are coming from China, and the shipping time reflects that. However, I've received items directly from China with better customer service and faster turnaround times than what I experienced with Dose of Roses.

All in all, this was the worst transaction I've ever had with any company. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. In the future, I would recommend going elsewhere for your gift-giving needs rather than risking the poor communication and lackluster products from Dose of Roses.

I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Dose Of Roses (doseofroses.com) and I am utterly appalled at their level of service. To say that they are a joke of a company is an understatement. If I could, I would rate them 0 stars.

I placed an order with them almost two weeks ago, but I was shocked to find out that the product was misplaced in pre-shipping. I had to reach out to them to remind them that my order had not arrived yet. Their response was nothing short of disheartening. They apologised for the inconvenience and informed me that they would resend the product, but I would have to wait another 7-10 days before I receive it.

What upset me the most was the fact that they had to create a new order for me. How does that even make sense? I had already paid for the order, and the least they could do was to send it out express to shorten my wait time. However, they were not willing to cooperate and insisted on sending it out the regular way.

It has been almost 20 days since I placed the order, and I still haven't received it. I could have ordered a similar product on eBay and received it within two days. This was supposed to be a graduation gift, and it is now late. The gift was worth $500, and their customer service has done nothing but say "apologies for the inconvenience".

I have never encountered a company that cares so little about its customers. Dose Of Roses has failed to deliver on its promise, and their level of customer service is sub-par. I would not recommend them to anyone.
