LatinFlores.com is a web site that sells flowers and other nice things. I was hoping to give a special someone a nice surprise, but LatinFlores.com let me down. I paid my hard-earned cash, but I didn't get anything back. What a bummer! The customer service was non-existent. I tried to get in touch with them, but nobody answered. It's like they didn't even care about my business. They didn't even send me a simple message to say that they were busy or something. I don't even know if my order was properly received. What a bad experience! I really wanted to do something nice for someone I care about, but LatinFlores.com ruined everything. I hope they learn how to treat their customers better in the future.
