Textbook Head Order ab-24189

Do not order from this company! January 20, 2016 I ordered a discrete mathematics and it's applications book for my son's college course with the delivery date of 3-7 business days. By the 1st of february it had not been received and since he needed it for class he bought one at school. When I contacted textbook head they told me to send it back and I would get a refund. Postage was nearly $18 and I have yet to receive my refund for the book. I should have given the book to the goodwill, I would haven better off.

Textbook Head Unethical company, scammers!!!

I ordered three books for this 2016 fall semester and it took them over a month for the books to be delivered when I paid extra to have them within three business days. Then the books was completely wrong. When I emailed stating I wanted a refund and the correct books shipped to me free of charge, they stopped responding to my emails. I have contacted an attorney but need more people to stand up with me to take action against this company.

Textbook Head Beware and stay away from Textbook Head!

I've ordered three books from Textbook Head over five months ago and did not receive anything yet! No matter how hard I've tried to contact these guys I wasn't able to do that. They ignored all my messages. I even found a phone number but they never picked up so I was not sure was it their number or not.
Textbook Head is just a big scam! I was shocked when I saw so many negative reviews about this company, they scammed so many people! Beware and stay away from Textbook Head!

Textbook Head Terrible experience

I have ordered a book from www.textbookhead.com and did not receive it. Of course I've tried to get some information from Textbook Head customer service but they did not reply.
When I contacted PayPal they resolved my issue very quickly and refunded my money. But they said that they also were not able to reach Textbook Head.
I do not recommend ordering anything from this website.

Textbook Head Textbook

1/23/16 - I looked online for a book that I needed by the next week. I found a great price, and looked like it would be in on time too! I almost purchased it, and then found a better price on Barnes and Nobles. The next day, I got an email from the company that said my order had not processed, for some reason I got the companies mixed up (i bought 7 textbooks this semester) and ended up paying for a second book! Almost immediately I realized my mistake and searched frantically for a call back number or customer service line. I realized very quickly how shady this business was, with only an email to contact them. I emailed them promptly, and hoped for a respond. A few days later I realized I never received a confirmation number from the book, or a shipping letter so I assumed maybe I had not been charged and it did not go through. At the end of the month i checked my credit card and there was $36 dollars charged through my account! I was ticked off! I decided to call the credit card company the next day to dispute the charge. The next day, I also got a package in the mail, it was a book - not the right book (several versions older than the one I asked for) with a return label that could not be used again. I tried emailing the company again about how I wanted to return the book and got another automated response. I checked their "return" address and it is a home, in Tyrone GA. Not a company. I called my credit card company and am fighting the charge. This is a shady business if you could even call it one. Do not waste your time.

Textbook Head Truly the worst company ever!

I ordered a book from Textbook Head. I paid for it and received a confirmation email. When I got a payment confirmation email I noticed that the address was wrong. It was strange, because I checked everything carefully and everything seemed to be fine. Anyways, I contacted Textbook Head customer service. They promised to fix everything and told that I'll get the book in 4-8 days. Two weeks passed and I haven't even received an email that the book was shipped. I contacted them again and was told that they would contact me later. Several days passed and I heard nothing from them. I'm very disappointed. I only hope that I will get my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM TEXTBOOKHEAD.! They are not legitimate. 1) They sent me the wrong book. 2) They bought the book from Amazon.com and then sent it to me as a "gift." 3) They refused to pay return shipping, 4) They expected ME to pay their Amazon.com return shipping for a book THEY bought online 5) They say they specialize in older versions of books. BS! All they do is search online for the cheapest edition of the book you want, send it to you, and hope you won't return it. This is a disreputable company. They don't deserve your business. (To Amazon's credit, they are reimbursing me for the shipping and PayPal is reimbursing me for the purchase.

Textbook Head Order # AB-23515

I ordered my book for school, received an email stating it shipped. I paid the extra to have it shipped quicker so I get it before school begins. My classes are only five week courses. Here it is, week 1 is about over and no book received. Submitted numerous email to them, no response back. No phone numbers provided on their site. I am irritated with the fact that a company would screw over college students like this. I either want the book, but prefer a full refund since so I can put it towards the a book for my next five week course. I will have to find someone to borrow a book from that is the same as I need. Textbook Head don't trust this company.

My experience with this company was disgusting and horrible! I decided to purchase a book from this website because they had discounts for things I wanted to order. The book took more than five weeks to arrive. Actually the book was sent by a different company, not the Textbook Head. They don't have a phone number on their site, so I had to send them messages. It took a very long time them to answer any emails. Thank God I paid through PayPal and had an opportunity to open a dispute. That's when I finally got their attention that I wanted a refund. They said I will get my money back in three business days. Two weeks passed beyond the delivery date and I ended up with no refund and no book. Paypal ended up returning my money! My advice is don't trust this company.

I order a book because I needed it for college on Jan 18.Today is February 15 and I still don't have my book yet.I wish I would have did some research before I order the book.

Textbook Head Never received book and no refund being processed

I placed an order for a french book and expected the rental to arrive over one month ago. I have been emailing trying to get a refund and the customer support keeps denying me a refund because they have not declared the book lost in the mail yet. I am not out $30 and have no textbook and now they stopped replying to emails.

Textbook Head The rep overcharged me and took fee for the delay

I have rented 5 books through the company www.textbookhead.com. But the rep has overcharged me and took the fee that I haven’t returned all these books on time. But I returned them 2 days before the deadline. I sent couple of emails to the rep, where I explained that it was mistake and I would love to get my money back, but the rep told me that he took correct sum and didn’t understand what I was talking about.

Textbook Head the rep sent me old book and wasn't polite with me

Don’t waste time as I did on the website www.textbookhead.com. I have rented a book through them, but it took 3 weeks to deliver the book. Also, the book, which they sent, was old and I needed another edition, which they haven’t found. They told me about it only after I sent them 20 emails. They replied very slowly and it wasn’t pleasant to work with them.

Textbook Head Their free gift wasn't free and useless for me

I bought one book from Textbookhead. The delivery was delayed, so I contacted the seller, who excused and promised me a gift. I received my book and gift as well, but their gift wasn’t for free. Later, I noticed that they charged me for this small gift, which I basically didn’t need. I contacted the seller and asked to take the useless gift back. The seller refused to pay for the return shipping. I have no idea what to do now.

Textbook Head They mislead customers

I saw the ad on the website www.textbookhead.com that they have necessary books about the psychology for my studies. I ordered 2 books, but after 3.5 weeks I received the wrong books. It turned out that they posted fake ads and mislead customers. It was terrible, because the process of returning the books took about 4 weeks. And they still haven’t returned money back. Don’t trust their ads and check all books.
