Texas Roadhouse review: takeout order

On 11/29/2019 I called in a takeout order for a steak kabob with seasoned rice, which I didn't get I was ask what two sides I wanted I ask for salad with extra French dressing, which I only received one container of dressing and a bake potato with sour cream and butter the potato was dry it look if though it was setting for awhile. I was charge for French fries which I didn't order and didn't realize I was charge until I got home, the rolls was burnt over bake, I ask for steak sauce which I didn't get. I have dine in and had takeout order and I have never had any problems with my food or takeout orders, takeout orders they'll open your containers to make sure everything is correct, which they didn't do. My grandson loves the rolls but he wouldn't eat them, he said they were burnt. I called to speak to a manager but was told he wasn't in so, they took my name and said he'll call me after two or three days he called me and offered me a 5.00 certificate. I was not satisfied with his offer I spent 15.35 on a meal and all I was able to eat was some of the meat and not to say I was charge 2.49 for french fries, that I didn't order. Very dissatisfied.
