Texas Roadhouse review: service & cleanliness

My husband and I are frequent customers of TRH ( 3-4 times a month) but as for today (1/3/2020 @ 8:50 pm) this will be the last time we will be coming for awhile. We were having a great dinner till our waitress disappeared on us, we sat for 5 to 10 minutes for our drinks and water. The restaurant was not busy at all, so not sure why she was MIA. We tip according to the service we get and a server should never assume that they would not get a descent tip from us. We always tip 15% to 20%, possibly more if we get the service. We had a great server/waitress last week, she was AWESOME! We had to ask another employee to send our waitress with our check; we sat for 15 minutes for that. Also, we did not finish our dinner due to the fact one of your employees (do not know her name, dark long hair) was cleaning up the tables and sweeping while customers were still eating. When plates and wrapped silverware were put down on the tables, the employee then got on her phone to text or whatever and then stood up and dusted the light above the table and did the same thing at the table behind us. YUCK & nasty! That is just wrong and unprofessional. Yes, it was around 9 pm when we were seated at table 233/1 and Kaitlyn was our waitress; but a well trained employee should know better than to sweep or dust lamp shades when plates and silverware are put down on the tables or customers are still eating their dinner. You do that BEFORE you put anything on the tables, why? You do not want the dust from the shades to fall-on the table & plates, which I seen dust fall as she wiped them.
I am letting you know this not to get a free meal or appetizer but I would think we should at least get something because we did not finish our dinner because of this.
