Texas Roadhouse review: service

I love Texas Roadhouse. It's where me and my husband have a date night once a month.
I received a gift card for Christmas and so we went and used it for new years eve
The wait was long but we didn't care about that
We got our table and had the bartender get our drinks cause our waitress was busy
It was half off margaritas so I ordered one and asked the bartender to make sure.
Get the drinks then order. I got steak shrimp baked potato and salad
Husband got roadkill chilli fries
I got my salad he didn't get his chilli
Waited more than 45 minutes for our food
Steak was pink potatoes cold and my husband didn't get his chilli
We asked for our waitress who came around just one time while the table next to us had their waitress just about every 5 mims coming around
Our bill came and my margarita was full priced so I asked why. Waitress told me they don't do half off on holidays. Why not be told that first time when I asked?
Our waitress was terrible and rude and honestly not sure we want to go back
So sad because it's our favorite
My husband spoke to the manager on the clock and she could have cared less about us telling her
