Terminix review: Horrible services, lack of knowledge

I have had horrible service from your Palmetto/Bradenton, FL office for over a year. The termite inspection was not done last year as the service person REFUSED to go into the attic, but you had NO problem taking my money. I have complained repeatedly and have not received a call from the office manager. I must provide step ladders for the service person, as a single woman in my home, since he is too lazy to bring his own. He tells me I have termites in my furniture, which is not true, and refuses to treat the infected wall areas. He will NOT conduct a thorough review of the areas when he arrives. They show up weeks after the service requests and will not call to make appts; they only text you without discussion. When I have appointments, they do not show up within the set time frame, and when I text to ask where they are and why they have not shown up, they make excuses. This matter now needs immediate attention, as I am sick of talking to people who file complaints on computers where NO ONE ever looks or cares. I need a call immediately from a REGIONAL manager on this matter, not the office manager in the local office, who should be fired.
