Following up from my complaint last week, I was advised to send an email to terminix_cares@rentokil-terminix.com and I have yet to hear back. I'm Michelle Nelson, and I am a real estate agent, notary public, and an assistant renovations manager for Rent Prosper. I have been working with a homeowner who has 20 properties that he owns, and he has come to me to manage these properties. His tenants have moved out due to a rat problem that he hired Terminix to handle. He paid thousands of dollars to your company just for that treatment along. The quadplex was tented. The issue is that the problem never got resolved. He is losing out on rental funds; he has complained multiple times with no resolve. The local rep said there isn't anything they can do, and the homeowner is at his wits end. Keep in mind his personal property is handled through Terminix and all his rental properties as well. He's trusted your company for over a decade. Thousands of his hard-earned dollars have gone to your company. This man has served in the Navy for our country. He is a nurse as well. He is almost 60 years old and just wants to sit back and enjoy working and having an income with these rental properties. But he trusted your company to do what they said they would do and it wasn't done.
I am here today to request his funds to be given back to him, and for someone to fix the issue. I am doing my best to convince him to not file a lawsuit, and just let me handle it so that we can move forward and trust your company. Again, keep in mind he has a lot of properties that have gotten service with your company for the past 10 years.

To further explain, Randy stated the agent Mike and Bruce were mentioned; both never fixed the issue. Perhaps Mike and Bruce no longer work in that area? He has over $5000.00 in damages due to this rat infestation.
