Terminix review: Bad service a scam for more money!

I started service back in July. I called for roach issues in my small kitchen. Some inspector Mr Lewis shows up at my home to my knowledge to inspect for roaches which he did not he was more obsessed he came in twice for termites when I never asked or gave him permission. The last time I did let him look in my garage. This company out of little Rock came numerous times for my small kitchen. It is now 10/16/2025. Things were quiet for a few weeks, then last week we saw some babies roaches, had them come out again. It was my understanding that I pay a set-up fee and for 2 months after that. I didn't know that it was continuous. I called and cancel, saw another roach and called back 2 days later to reinstate. They never told me that I would have to restart and pay all over again at a higher price. I asked them about a warranty or guarantee and they ignored me. They said in the beginning that they were going to reinstate me and send out a technician. To my surprise, it was Mr. lewis and all he was concerned about was a higher price to reinstate, not to find out why their services were not working. It was a surprise I was not told that he was coming to corner me about a new price and not give me service that day. This company is very deceptive, stay away at all cost unless you have a simple issue. They want to milk and continue to milk you for money without taking care of the issue right away.
