I ordered a pair of boxing gloves from Twins Special Fight Gear on February 25th. I've been waiting patiently for a response from the company because of COVID. I've been asking for a refund and to cancel the order, but I haven't heard back yet. I've tried calling, leaving messages, and sending multiple emails, but I haven't received any response regarding the cancellation or refund.

I bought a pair of muay thai shorts from this company for $44.94 in December . They said the shorts were not available and I asked about it many times in the next months. Eventually, they said I could get my money back and I said I wanted that more than two months ago. But now they're not responding to my messages. So, I basically gave them $44.94 and got nothin' but stress.

I bought a pair of gloves from Twins Special Fight Gear on December 29th. It cost me $114.94. However, I haven't received the gloves yet. The Corporate headquarters of Twins Fight Gear told me that this website is a scam and they don't actually sell any items. I've sent multiple emails to the company, but all I got was a $11.50 credit. They promised me two more credits, but I never received them. Now, they're not responding to my attempts to contact them. It seems like they're purposely delaying the process, making it difficult for customers to get their money back after 90 days.

I bought some boxing gloves from this company in February 2022 for $92.94. They kept telling me for a few months that my gloves would come in one to three weeks. But in July 2022, on July 20th, I asked for my money back 'cause I never got the gloves and it seemed like I never would. They sent me an email saying I'd get my refund in 10 business days. But now it's August 17, 2022, and I still haven't gotten my money back even though I've sent them a bunch of emails asking for it.

On April 6th, I reached out to inquire about the whereabouts of my order. However, on April 13th, I received an email notifying me of a delay of approximately 3 or 4 weeks. Feeling a bit disappointed, I decided to send another email on April 29th to request an update on my package. Unfortunately, on April 30th, I received yet another email stating that there would be an additional 2 or 3 week delay. It seemed like the waiting game was never-ending.

As time went on, May 15th rolled around, and to my dismay, there was yet another delay, this time for 1 to 2 weeks. Frustrated, I decided to reach out again on June 2nd to see if there was any progress. However, the response I received was disheartening, as it stated that there would be another delay of 1 to 2 weeks. It felt like a never-ending cycle of waiting and disappointment.

Finally, on June 21st, I had had enough. I decided to request a refund, as the wait had become unbearable. The customer service representative informed me that it would take approximately ten days to process the refund. However, as July 8th approached, I still had not received my refund. Annoyed, I sent them an email to inquire about the status, but to my dismay, I received no response. This lack of communication continued on July 13th, with still no answer from their end.

Overall, my experience with Twins Special Fight Gear has been quite frustrating. The constant delays and lack of response from customer service have left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope that they can improve their communication and fulfill their promises in the future.

On June 26, I ordered boxing gloves from Twins Special Fight Gear for $87.99, and the shipping cost was ***. They told me on August 31, that it would take 2-4 weeks for me to get the product. I emailed them again on September 18 to ask about my order. They replied on September 20, saying it would take an extra two weeks. I contacted them again on October 7, *** about my order, but they didn't reply. On October 15, I asked for a refund, but I didn't get a refund or a reply. On October 22, I asked for a refund again, but I still didn't get a refund or a reply.

I bought a new headgear and gloves from this website on Dec.31 for $289.93 USD. After 6 days, my order status hadn't been updated (Jan. 5th), so I messaged them. They told me (like many others) that there was a 2-4 week back order and they didn't have the products in stock. I asked for a refund but haven't heard back from the company. I spoke to a local sporting goods store and they said this website is a scam. I did some research and found out it's true, and it's happening to unsuspecting customers worldwide. This company is a complete fraud and they don't have any of the products.

I bought some training shorts from Twins Special Fight Gear on August 20. The cost was $74.93, and my order number was ***. I had been emailing back and forth with a salesperson named *** for a few months. On November 30, they gave me a partial refund of 10%, which was $7.50. However, on February 9, 2022, they decided that they couldn't fulfill my order, so they canceled it and promised to give me a full refund. But here's the thing, I still haven't received the rest of my refund, which was supposed to be $67.43.

To make matters worse, Twins (***) has stopped responding to my emails. I can't even log into my account on their website anymore. It's like they've completely wiped out any trace of my purchase. It's really frustrating because I just want my money back.

I made a transaction on Jan 29, 2021 to order a product from Twins Special Fight Gear. They sent me an email to confirm my order and took the money from my account as per the order. This happened between Feb 1 and May 29. Unfortunately, the order still hasn't arrived. I emailed them again to cancel the order and get a refund. They replied once, after several emails, assuring me that they would cancel the order and refund my money. However, it has been 3 weeks since then, and they still haven't refunded my money. I checked the ComplaintsBoard.com (ComplaintsBoard.com) and other websites, and it turns out that this company has a long history of such issues. I really want my money back!

I made two orders from this company, and the website said the items were in stock. However, I got an email saying they were back-ordered and would take a few weeks. I waited, but I didn't receive any shipping confirmation. I contacted them, and they said their stuff is in high demand, so it would be a few more weeks. I waited again, but still nothing. I reached out once more and asked for a refund of the shipping cost for both orders. They agreed and said they would give me around $14 back. After about a week, I decided to cancel my order and get a full refund. They responded and said it was okay, and the money would be refunded to my account. It's been about 2 weeks now, and I haven't received a single penny. I sent many emails, but I haven't gotten any response. It seems like my only hope is to keep trying.

I ordered from Twins Special Fight Gear about 5 months ago (December 15th). They charged my credit card right away, but I still haven't received my order or heard back from them. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but they never respond to my emails. I've also called several times during their business hours, but they never answer the phone and I can't leave a voicemail. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's been 5 months and I still don't have my order or even an update. All I want now is a refund so I can find a reliable company and actually get the product I paid for.

I bought a pair of gloves from them and decided to cancel my order right away. A few hours later, I received an email saying I would get a discount of $16, which they put back into my bank account. I declined the discount and requested a refund because I mistakenly thought the prices were in Canadian dollars, but they were actually in US currency. It's a valid reason to cancel, you know? They assured me that I would receive a full refund and it would show up in my account within a few days. However, that money never appeared. It's been a month and a half now, and still nothing. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but they haven't responded at all. Their phone number listed here is [protected], but on their website (after some searching), it's listed as [protected]. Seems a bit suspicious, doesn't it? I also did some research and found out that they have done this to many other customers as well. They claimed that their gloves were back-ordered or out of stock, which is exactly what they told me too. They said I would have to wait for weeks to get them. All I want is a simple refund. If they can put $16 back into my account within a day, then they can surely refund me the entire amount just as easily. It feels like one big scam, you know?

I ordered the Boxing Gloves on September 12, 2022 for a total of $104.94. My confirmation is #***. Later that day (9/12/22) I emailed the company to check the status of my order after seeing that it did not appear on my online account. I created the account after I purchased the gloves to check the status of my delivery. Unfortunately, it didnt show my purchase. I received a response from Pat: I checked on your order status for you. The items in your order (#***) were not available for immediate delivery, and were special ordered for you.Twins products are in high demand worldwide because of their handmade, high quality craftsmanship. Currently there is a two to four week wait time for your special order. Sorry for the inconvenience.Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. If you need to cancel your order and receive a refund, please let me know and I can take care of that for you. Thank you for choosing Twins Special! On 10/12/22 I emailed the company again to cancel the order as it was taking too long. That same day (10/12/22) I received the following response: Our financial department will process a cancellation and refund for your order (#***) per your request. You should receive an email confirmation of your refund in the next ten business days, and shortly afterward the amount of the refund should be reflected in your account. Thank you for choosing Twins Special and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further needs, questions or concerns.On 10/30/22 I emailed the company because I had not received anything in regards to my cancellation. No email nor return of my money and it had been past 10 business days.On 11/2/22 I emailed, yet again, because I did not receive a response in regards to my email, my cancellation, or my refund. And finally on 11/7/22 I sent the last email in hopes that theyd respond.
