One of the latest ways Temu tries to get more money out of you, and it will work with a lot of buyers who don't add up the total they are presented with, is to add a few pounds at the end, on the top of what you are buying, even if all postage is free, so this should be completely outlawed! They have tried it with me a few times, and if you don't accept and wait for someone to get back to you, they up the prices of the items in your checkout cart! The Customer Service bots are all very bad, even those given names, they are all bots and you can't reason with a bot. I sent them screenshots, which they asked me to, showing the wrong total, someone would get back to me, no one ever did (clearly they don't care), then, the next day, the prices had gone up, so I gave up on 4 of the 6 items and only bought those which were at the same price and the total this time was right. This made me waste an awful lot of time, so I need to find a new online shopping site, and even if they are a bit more expensive, if I am treated decently, the few pounds more will be worth it! This is how a company digs their own grave! Treating customers as if they are stupid, is a very bad business decision!
Recommendation: Turn away from Temu, they will eventually learn the lessons!
