Temu review: The trike is absolutely not safe to use

I bought a trike from temu Dec 2025 since then the rear end failed . they shipped a new one for free. many sets of brake pads were also supplied free now the frame has completely snapped. I have had it looked at and it is not fixable. I wrapped the break with fiberglass as a bandaid fix . its not safe.i have been in contact with them for the last 3 weeks. pictures were wanted I sent them now they want a video.i cant supply that an email they sent just happened to contain a picture of trike email vanished. its been a farce I'll bet I've gone through 30 different agents. no video too bad. I've lost my job for I don't have reliable transportation any more Im at a loss help if possible
