أنا زبونة لدى Temu وقدمت جميع الأدلة المطلوبة أكثر من مرة، ومع ذلك رفضوا الاسترداد.
أطالب باسترداد المبلغ فورًا مع تعويض عن الضرر الناتج عن التأخير.
إذا لم يتم ذلك، سأقوم بتصعيد الموضوع عبر منصات الشكاوى الدولية ونشر تفاصيل القضية علنًا.اخبرتهم اكثر من مرة خلا اسبوع واعطيتهم امثر من مهله وفتح اكثر من نزاع لاكن لم يتم الاسترداد مع وجود الادله وجميغ الشحنه تالفه صراحة
