Temu review: Poor customer service

To Whom It May Concern,

I am requesting an immediate escalation of my case due to the continued mishandling of my delivery issue and the lack of proper support from your customer service team.

Despite Temu being informed that my package was out for delivery yesterday, the driver did not deliver it for reasons that were never explained. I contacted FedEx directly, and they clearly stated that only Temu can request a delivery date for today. I relayed this information to your team, yet no action was taken.

I work from home, and being without a desk for an entire week has made it extremely difficult to perform my job. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and should have been addressed with urgency.

What concerns me most is the interaction with the last agent I spoke to. She assured me she had a solution and kept me on hold for approximately 20 minutes. When she returned, she simply told me to “wait for the package to follow its course,” offering no resolution and contradicting the information provided by FedEx. This felt dismissive and unprofessional.

At this point, I am requesting:

Immediate escalation to a supervisor

Direct contact with FedEx today, as only Temu can request the delivery
An explanation for the lack of action despite clear instructions from FedEx

Accountability for the misleading and unhelpful handling by the last agent

Appropriate compensation for the week‑long delay and the impact on my ability to work

I expect a prompt and serious response. This situation has been handled with little care, and I am asking for immediate corrective action.
