Temu Pakistan holding Rs. 13,072 — invented a fake warehouse inspection to deny refund
I am a customer from Pakistan. Temu is holding Rs. 13,072 of my money across 4 orders for months:
- Rs. 1,109 (Order PO-153-12441669591672608): parcel marked 'delivered' but never arrived. No photo, no signature, no delivery proof.
- Rs. 7,784 (Order PO-153-05827557166712608): items missing from the parcel.
- Rs. 1,368 (Order PO-153-04023618181752608): wrong items sent; partial refund given, rest stalled.
- Rs. 2,811 (Order PO-153-11239162931832608): wrong items received, one item missing entirely.
On 2 October 2026, Temu support told me their warehouse had 'inspected the returned package' and found items missing — so no refund. The problem: I NEVER returned anything. No return was ever requested, no return ID exists, no courier ever picked anything up. You cannot inspect a package that was never sent back.
When a company runs out of excuses, it invents warehouse stories. I have the full email thread with dates and ticket IDs [protected], 1790292684153217) saved. Think twice before ordering from Temu in Pakistan.
Claimed loss: Rs. 13,072
Desired outcome: Full refund of Rs. 13,072 held across 4 orders
