I have ordered from Temu in the past and there were issues of breakage because of cheap wrappings. Last week of December I ordered from them twice and not only did they take my money they canceled my orders after I sent them my documents that they requested. I have yet to receive my money back from them. I called Temu and spoke to customer service representative and she assured me that she will send the second order to me and when I saw my email, they canceled my orders even after getting my documents that they requested. I want my money back. Please see below.

Desired outcome: I would like my 2 payments back to me for $160.71 and $158.49 = $319.20. If customers submit their documents to you as you asked you should not disrespect them and cancel their order and not pay them their money back that is crooked.

My name is Egypt Dejesus and I ordered several items from Temu and they say that you delivered them but I never received them. They sent me a picture showing that my package was delivered but the image wasn't my home. My address is 8 forge Dr but they delivered to 76 Caldwell st. If I don't get my packages I will pursue other means of complaints.

I ordered multiple packages two arrived and the other two are lost I have tried contacting someone and no one has helped! Keep in mind my address for all of them are the same so there’s no reason it can’t be delivered to my mail box!

It says shipped but it also says delivered the 26th of June!

Today June 26 2023 I got on Temu post they said I had won 5 free prizes I picked them but I didn’t win them they wanted some of my contact and fry I gave them some they Kept adding for me to add more people I had already con tacked the ones they told me I’m tired of being scammed

Included was a hoodie , and a dress, both were not sewn all the way the dress had a hole a inch and a half long in the front and the hoodie had 2 holes in the arm pit. Please tell me what I need to do I am handicap and have limited mobility. Please and Thank You

Package was stolen.

I specifically left instructions to deliver to back door. (Due to theft issues)

Carrier left picture of location. Front door.

Cannot reach the vendor Temu.

Need re-shipment to correct location.

I ordered 3 items from Temu and the order was dispatched, delivered and signed for by someone other than myself. I did not receive any parcel. It's completely out of order. I will never order from Temu again! I don't understand why you people take our money from us then to be lied to about delivery.

Did you get my Complaint I just submitted? I didn't get an email or anything letting me know it went through. If you didn't get it, I'm not spending another 45 minutes typing another one! This day has taken a toll on me. I'm exhausted!

There was this delivery guy, that just threw my package into my house and now my products that I bought are broken because he just threw it in harshly. In addition to that, if he just threw the package inside my house that would be really easy for people to spot my package and steal it instantly.

I did not get all of the items I ordered and I want it sent to me .I payed for it .they took money from bank account .

It may not have coated that much but its played for and j want it .its a package of glass beads . I try to contact someone I keep being ignored .

I ordered 3 mini 4g cameras. I received 3 bases for the camera but no cameras.

I never received the mini shaver either.

I have photo evidence of my parcel opened. And the 3 cameras were not on my parcel.

The parcel was left at my front door, when I arrived home from work today.

I just want what I paid for.

I placed several orders this week and they all say they are unable to ship with no idea when I will get my items. I asked for a refund which I did get but am disappointed that they did not ship my orders. I would never order from this company again! People need to be aware of this company.

Below is proof that customer service can't understand. I didn't want to cancel my 2nd order but they canceled anyway they did refund the money, I'm very sad that this happened, I thought Temu was different than other companies that doesn't Stand with the customer but I found out they are no different.
