I placed an order with Temu and paid approximately $61.50 (104.75 AZN). According to the online receipt and order summary, the package was supposed to be delivered to my home address. However, I never received the package. Instead, I received an SMS from the courier asking me to pick it up from one of their offices, which contradicts the stated delivery method and address.
Furthermore, the online delivery receipt clearly shows no signature from me. There are two signature fields — one for the seller and one for the customer — but my section is blank. This proves that I did not receive or confirm the delivery. I informed Temu support immediately and provided all relevant screenshots and documentation, including the courier’s SMS and the unsigned delivery slip.
Despite this, Temu has repeatedly rejected my request for a refund. Each time, they claimed the package was delivered correctly and refused to investigate further. They also advised me to check around my home or consult family or neighbors, which is irrelevant in this situation because the package was never brought to my address in the first place.
I believe Temu’s response lacks fairness and responsibility. I am the rightful customer who paid for a service that was not completed. My request is simple: I am not asking for the order to be resent — I only want a full refund for the order I never received. I hope this issue is taken seriously and properly investigated.
