I instigated a return for Metal Utility rack 4th June 2026 - just unsuitable.
The return label courier options Evri . I contacted via Temu chat informing that NO DROPOFF points on Isle of Wight (PO40) and return would have to be via Royal Mail.
After numerous attempts, of cancelling return to choose different courier etc, eventually ------- “spoke to an agent” – who advised they could not generate a returns label for Royal Mail? – it had been delivered to me by Royal Mail.
I could return direct to supplier, at own cost, which once received would receive refund plus postage (£7.35)
It was returned Royal Mail Tracked and shows delivered 13th June 2026.
Despite contacting numerous times, I still have NO REFUND. They say not received.
If the “agents” are human, they are totally incompetent. I have supplied all details for them to trace parcel – with proof it has been delivered to address given.
