Today I ordered one pair of women's sandals priced as $20.xx and another pair at $17.xx. The incomprehensible checkout total cost came to $61.xx! A consequent 'chat' on line was boggling,"There are different editions of these, and so these 2, with tax are correctly priced at $61. Pair #1 is $29.xx and pair # 2 is $30.xx. Totaling, with tax, $61." I offered a photo showing both of MY selections (screenshots) which would have come to $37.xx plus tax. I have $45.xx in credit with Temu. I should not have had to pay anything and still have a small credit left. The chat person was not going to address my request for correcting their final pricing. BJ
Recommendation: Be wary about leaving your credits from refunds with Temu.ca
