I had a order sent to me on the 15th sept and I was fuming only 4 items came the bag had a slight slit on it and the other items I didn't get I sent a photo of the items I received and twice the warehouse turned me down for a refund so I put loads of tickets up all turned me down by Jessica I just want my money back in full as I feel this site is a con I thought I could trust it but now I can't

Order delivery
I would like to file a complaint regarding the delivery of order ID [protected], Friday 9/15. The person put my package on the front porch, turned and saw my dog in the yard and began hollowing and running, Unfortunately, my dog thought he was going to attach me since he was running towards me and started chasing and barking at him. I told the person to stop running and jumping on the top of the driveway cars while my husband was getting Zoey but he continued until he slid off my car. He said he hurt his hand but did not show it to me. He then asked who was going to get him new tennis shoes because his jumping had somehow cause a hole in the side of his $145, 2 years old tennis. I took a picture of the shoe but it looked like an old hole. He was very upset and said he would kill my dog and husband.
He then called the police and said he had called animal control. We spoke with the police and he told the police we encouraged Zoey to chase him, which was not sure. I don't think the policeman believed him. My husband and I along with Zoey was getting out of our car on the driveway at the time. I was very disappointed with the entire thing and is not sure I can order again.
Goods not received
I have contacted customer service several times regarding a delivery I did not get. Because the courier said delivered then temu went with that with no signature to say it had been delivered or any card from the courier left. All I get is we have put a ticket in which is not helpful at all. I am now out of pocket and no goods. I asked for a manager as was told that wasn't possible and said they will put a ticket in, I said I want to make a complaint and they said they will put a ticket in. I am discussed with the company and will never use them again. They are OK taking my money but where are my goods
Desired outcome: Full refund and compensation for all the time I have spent having to contact them
10 free gifts
I received an invite on 9/13/23 and I filled it out and I filled out my 10 free gifts and I sent all my invitations out and people accepted them and when it came to my last 50 cents I watched my girlfriend except my invitation as a first time user and it took the 50 cents and the screen went black and everything disappeared my 10 free gifts were gone along with the entire page this is scandalous and wrong I went above and beyond to get you new users and you turned around and you screwed me. Delivery of hats ordered
You people just don't get it, or you just don't give a damn.
I. recently placed an order for 41 fadora hats, and SPECIFICALLY request that only 5 hats be put in a BOX, not a bag, but a BOX. What do I get? Right, 5 BAGS stuffed with hats, the majority of which will have to be returned.
Not ONCE have a received an order of hats where every hat was in good enough condition to use.
Just because BOX and BAG both start with a "B", doesn't make them the same.
When I ske for the hats to be packed in a BOX, thats EXACTLY what I mean and what I want.

I got a message from my bank today at 1:59 pm saying that my card was charged on temu for $582 usd at 1:22pm sept 6,2023 which I didn’t make that purchase.The purchase was declined cuz I don’t have those funds on my card or in my account..please check ur members because this is not right. Hi, I would like to file a complain regarding to my Return and Refund. I was return some item 8-9 item as far as I know most of them I got refund and each of the item , I got receive email from their warehouse said they got my item. I made an order for $136 for multiple items that I never received at that time I was having multiple surgeries due to cancer and I’ve just kept ordering. I forgot about that original order in March and made and received two more orders in the following month forgetting about that order in March. Until one of the items in July never arrived, so I went to my daughters and noticed the $136 order that I never received. Will they put in a ticket and investigated and everything they came back with a message saying OK, we can refund you the money in the original manner you paid or you can get Temu credit. I no longer do business with cash app due to shady business practices, so I closed my account so I opted to get what would I paid for in cash app to get Temu credit in what I paid an Apple Pay to get a refund I thought that was more than fair. Well, in the meantime, my phone was stolen within two weeks. I retrieved my stolen phone and re-download the app. I restarted the conversation but noticed they had left a message stating that they investigated and they hadn’t heard from me so they closed the ticket so I asked them to re-open the ticket by that time the time limit for refunds had lapsed, but they had already made their decision. They investigated and everything and they made the decision to give me a refund. Now I can’t even message them!
Desired outcome: I want a full refund. But like I said, I don’t do business with cash app anymore so I want to refund however, I can get it.
The promotions and customer service associates
I went through he whole promotion, and did everything that was required and got to 85% of the last dollar I needed to get said $50 PayPal promotion and $100 coupon it wouldn't give me the last credit even after I managed getting more app users and they spent money for merchandise... I spend $200 a month some months but I'm a Prime member and they are so much easier to deal with, faster package handling, better customer service, bc when I contact temu customer service I get the run around over and over..
I have since cancelled my account and will be ask everyone that received messages that said I DID RECEIVE MONEY to file complaints,. Cancel orders, then their accounts, everything I did can be completely undone.

Delivery overdue
Good afternoon, here is the information which may help resolve this.
I ordered items which came to £62, items for my upcoming trip.
I ordered them on 04/08/23. Temu had informed me that the latest day my items would get to me would the 15/08/23.
I have now tried to contact them to no avail and when I logged on they said Evri have my package.
I'm at a loss, I would really appreciate some guidance and proactive thinking.
