Telebrands Drfailure to deliver no. of items promised and paid for

Telemarketer [Telebrands DR] promised "2 for the price of 1" [$19.98 for GET-A-GRIP] and charged $15, 98 for processing and handling of 2, but only delivered 1. No E-mail address or phone no. given on packing slip to facilitate complaint. I notice there are MANY similar complaints. Is this legal?

    In Dec. 2008 the same happened to me as well. The Telebrands DR group overcharged me, didn't send what I ordered, cheated me out of one free unit as advertised, and the products GET A GRIP were junk and unsafe to use.

    The new trick is to tell the customer that they never returned the product---so clever---thinking in 2009 the customer would have thrown away all 2008 receipts and never be able to document they sent the product back.

    Incredible that they are permitted to stay in business!!!
