I filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau because I canceled my subscription because the service is terrible. I was told four different times that the money was put back into my account. That is not true. I have a statement from my bank verifying it was not! I will continue with this matter until it is resolved!
Claimed loss: $243.18
Desired outcome: I want this money put back into my checking account. I will still keep in contact with the Better Business Bureau.
