TD Auto Finance review: TD Auto Finance are thieves!

I paid off my 48 mo finance in 6 months - I didn't even want a loan, but dealership said i would save about $3,000. My first payment was 95% of loan amount (so didn't pay a lot of interest), then I just paid off the rest as I was to leave it open 6 months for dealership to get their credit. So after Nov 20th payoff, they didn't send title. I called a month later and found out they SAY still say they have not received payment. Had to contact my bank (was send electronically thru online banking) and they verified transfer was successful. I have called at least 12 times (on hold sometimes 40 min!) and FAXED the verification of payoff amount with all the confirmation numbers 2 weeks ago and STILL SAY I OWE. Even thought they HAVE MY MONEY, TD asked if I could send payment AGAIN! Heck NO, they will have an overpayment which they won't refund judging from the reviews i've now read. The representatives are rude and conveniently disconnect so you have to call back and start over. NEVER EVER USE THESE BUMBLING IDIOTS. At this point, it's THEFT.
