Tap Portugal Cancellation and refund

I have a booking for me and my wife under PNR ref: LRE7V7

I have been trying to cancel this booking for the sector Lisbon-Madrid since 01 Sep, 2022.

The flight is TP 1020 on 03 Sep 2022.

There is no way to cancel the flight on the website. Every time I tried to cancel as per the instructions on the website, it was finally aborted with a message that the same couldn't be done due to some technical issues.

I have also received the boarding passes in my mail and the status is showing as Checked in, whereas I have not yet checked in.

I want this sector on the ticket cancelled and taxes and levies refunded to me as per the rules of the airline.
