Good day takealot was suppose to return a product to me after testing. The product was suppose to be sent out on the 13th of jan 2024. To date the courier has not received the product and takealot has not bothered in assisting emails are not answered and calls just keep coming to the same thing we will escalate no results. Its a r 10 000.00 purchase and a lot of money to lose due to dishonest business practice.

It was a cellphone purchased, on opening of the product it switched on and while transferring of data it went off and would not charge. They assessed the product and rebooted as it was stuck in data mode hence it would not charge, they then promised the product will be sent back and it will take 3 to 5 days for the product to reach us. I asked for the tracking number and company which they supplied, but the courier company said they received notice of the waybill, but the product was never placed in their care, now following up multiple times a day since tuesday all we get is we will revert back each time but no answer.
