I urge everyone reading this NOT to open an account with Synovus. When I went into the branch for help with online banking the manager called another local bank (not Synovus) for advice. Phone support could not help with the website after being transferred to 4 different representatives.
This bank should be closed. No company should consider taking it over.

Recommendation: I urge everyone reading this NOT to open an account with Synovus.
