SYNLawn review: Think twice before you have them install your Pet Turf.

We live in an Epcon Community and they suggested the company Synlawn of Columbus, for our pet turf. Our condo is 5 years old. Our pet turf has, for years, smelled so bad that we can’t even sit in our courtyard and enjoy the time outside. Synlawn’s owner has been out here on numerous occasions, stating it might need a drainage system, yet insisting it was done properly. Since then, he has thrown every spray possible at us, stating this next, next, next spray should resolve the issue. Certainly, you can mask any odor for a couple of days, but it didn’t solve the issues. We have hundreds of dollars invested in sprays. Nothing works. He should have put in the drainage system to begin with, but didn’t want to eat that expense. So the life time warranty they have listed on their site is misleading, especially with Pet Turf.
