SYNLawn - Artificial grass

Our experience with SynLawn has been disappointing
On July 2021 we contracted Synlawn for a front parcel artificial grass.
Unlike the installation crew, the representative of the company in Englewood, Colorado was vague, did not understand or ignored our requests regarding the type of artificial grass we desired.
Texture and color of Synlawn artificial lawn are far from resembling natural grass... We are thinking of having it replaced by a more dependable company.
