Synergy guys came to our crib in March and asked if they could put in some energy savin' stuff. They put in new lights in both rooms and a motor on our heatin'/coolin' system. The next day our bathroom started leakin' like crazy. We hit up the techs and they came back out, but they wouldn't own up to the damages. A few weeks later, the motor they put in started actin' up. Now they're actin' like they don't even know us when it comes to the motor.

The individual was not very nice to me and falsely accused me of misconduct. Their unprofessionalism persisted despite my attempts to assist. We scheduled a home visit for 3/24. The following week, I learned they claimed I used inappropriate language during our talk. This was untrue, yet SMUD cancelled my appointment. Attempts to reach Synergy management were unsuccessful.

It will cost over $1,000 to fix the wiring and the ***.
