Superior Dental Care

They didn't pay my orthodontia claim on August 24, 2022. They said it was excluded, but they didn't tell me about it when I signed up. They only told me about the dependent coverage exclusion, which doesn't apply to me. I faxed the claim and talked to them on Sept 6, 2022. They said they got it but haven't processed it yet and asked me to call back. I called them today, Sept 13, 2022, and they said they didn't get any claim. They should pay my claim because they didn't tell me about the exclusion and didn't process my claim. It's fraud.

I been with Superior Dental Care for like 15 years or more, and I gotta say, they ain't all that great. I asked 'em 'bout getting my tooth #4 replaced, and they said they'd cover $979, which is what I was expectin'. But then they turn around and say they ain't gonna pay it 'cause they already covered it before (which they didn't) or 'cause they don't cover crowns for implants (even though that ain't what they said before). And when I told 'em they was wrong, they didn't even wanna listen. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend 'em.

Superior Dental Care, Inc. is a real scam! They don't tell you everything you need to know about their coverage, so you end up with huge bills for services they won't pay for. They hide this information really well, so you don't find out until it's too late and you're stuck with the bill. They only give you the details when you complain, and even then it's a real pain to find. You have to go to their website, click on a tiny magnifying glass, and type in some numbers to get a PDF that's hard to read because the words are so small and blurry. Don't trust Superior Dental Care, Inc. - they're just trying to rip you off!
