My furnace was replaced this week and I am very happy with the work the technicians did. Ricardo and Moe were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Moe did the inspection and diagnostics. Ricardo did the installation of the new furnace and did a terrific job! He gave me a lot information and answered all of my questions.. The work site was left in pristine condition. I couldn't be happier with Swan Heating and Air conditioning. I recommend this company without reservation.

Technician Shane O'Connor arrived a little before my scheduled appointment to do a routine inspection of my A/C. He was very friendly and personable. Shane explained why he was doing each test as he performed it and he also told me what he was seeing and why what he was seeing was good. In several instances he took pictures of what he was looking at and showed me what he was looking for. Shane was very professional, personable, and friendly and he is a great asset to Swan Plumbing, Heating, and Air.

Swan sent out a repair person out right away. Leo arrived within 30 mins and got our furnace back up and running right before a snow storm is due to hit. I cannot say enough good things about Swan and the great quality of technicians they employ. Leo explained what was going on and why something was continually malfunctioning and how he fixed it. Once again, I highly recommend Swan heating, air, and plumbing to all of my friends and people who need a recommendation of an honest and responsive company.

I can't say enough good things about SwanHeating & Plumbing. They installed my new HVAC system last summer (which has been great) and we had a completely unrelated sewer leak and they sent out a repairman within an hour of calling. Jon came right away, was very courteous and professional and fixed the issue in a timely manner. He also very clearly explained to me what was happening and the next steps I should take. I will always use Swan for all of my heating and plumbing needs and highly recommend them!

Jon was good because he was able to explain why a sump pump would NOT work for me. He was ethical and described where the limits of his service would apply, and when I would need another type of consultation (like an engineer). I have an ongoing problem with my basement flooding when something goes wrong filling the complex pool next door. Jon explained that a sump pump is meant to deal with water coming from underground (not coming in through walls). He also referred me to water sensors that might help with this particular problem.

Shane O'Brien is ALWAYS very professional, very friendly, very thorough in his work, very self-aware in everything he does to make everything go smoothly for the homeowner and the overall experience. He's great with our animals too. He doesn't mind them even though I try to keep them away. He's personable and caring about his customers. Very happy guy! Cares a lot about the appearance of his clothes to look appropriate for the next appointment. (Not muddy). Very happy with him! I've had him several times at my house for maintenance.

Scouring online platforms for hours...Swan had the best reviews! I submitted a request online for a leaking hot water heater. I received a call 6:30 am the next morning. Swan sent Chris H out that day! Chris was on time, and very professional. Chris provided me with a complete and honest assessment. I asked Chris for a price to replace the unit, I accepted. The next morning Chris was back to do the install. While in my home Chris took great pride in his work and treated me and my home with great respect and integrity. I highly recommend Chris H. and Swan. Thank you Chris H.

Swan Technician Detlif Jensen and his associate completely replaced and installed a new tankless water heater including venting it through the roof for me. Detlif was professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, including questions that were probably pretty elementary for a professional plumber. They completed what I had anticipated to be an all day job in one afternoon. Detlif insured that everything was cleaned up, including taking the old water heater. Detlif is a big asset to Swan Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning.

If I could give Swan 10 stars I would. Jon, Zane, Tyler all did an exemplary job. It is rare to do business with a company who takes pride in their work. They were hard working, efficient and went out of their way to do an excellent job. We purchased a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner in April, which was a little scary because of the corona virus, but they all wore masks and observed social distancing -- doing all they could to get the job done quickly under difficult circumstances. Highly recommended! We will definitely contact them again if we have any plumbing or heating needs and I've already recommended them to several friends.

You team did an amazing job. Drilon came to my house and explained all of my options for a furnace, air conditioner and water heater and the pricing. He was very knowledgeable - no pressure, just helpful. Zane, Daniel, Jeison and Scott came the same day to install everting. My unfinished basement was a mess and had flooded. They vacuumed up most of the water, helped me move things, took the trash outside AND... installed everything that day. They were all so kind and helpful and explained everything to me. (A special thanks Daniel for explaining the thermostat). They were exactly what I need that day. Thank you to all of you - I appreciate what you did more than you'll ever know.

I am very grateful I became a “member" at Swan! I realized this morning that I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Gary scheduled Jon to come over only 2 hours after I called. Jon took one look at the pipes and knew my handyman had installed the U-trap backwards. Jon removed it, fixed it and replaced it properly ... at no charge to me because I am a “member!" What's more, Jon was prompt, efficient, courteous, professional and properly masked during this COVID-19 time. I originally became a Swan member to benefit from regular furnace and A/C checkups and cleanings. That Swan also handles plumbing issue is a wonderful extra perk! I appreciate being able to rely on Swan for both my plumbing and HVAC needs! I recommend Swan highly! Thanks, Swan!

Jon M. is great! We've worked with him twice now and have confidence that he has our best interest in mind. Both cases involved what seemed like simple issues, but we live in an old house (that was flipped) and things are never as simple as they seem. Jon was thorough about thinking about possible complications so we can think about various scenarios in advance. He's also willing to take the time to answer all questions and explain his thinking about everything, so I've felt informed and comfortable making decisions. While there are always opportunities to spend more money, there hasn't been any pressure to do so (quite the opposite!), and I feel like I have a better idea of what may be coming down the road so we can plan ahead and will likely end up saving money in the long run by taking care of things before they become disasters. It's great working with someone you feel you can trust!

Leo Waters rep. from SWAN Plumbing and heating was very efficient in his work methods. He a diagnostic on our 47 year old thermostat and pointed out its inefficiencies., made 3 recommendations as to its replacement for us to choose after he thoroughly explained there workings. He explained the indiocincrecies after the replacement so that we had knowledge first hand after he left our premises. In addition he offered Swan's follow of plan which we reviewed and signed up for future maintenance of other systems in our home along with the AC. He was 1 hour ahead of his appt. and installed the thermostat with pick up of part and installation in approx. 1 hour. The SWAN company seems to be very well run company. Corey is so efficient with her scheduling and detailed as to the job needing to be done. I called Thurs. prior to the 4th of July holiday and had an appt. scheduled for Tues the 6th with just a 2 hour window. Her customer service skills are off the charts in this day and age when it comes to customer service. KUDO's to Corey and Leo. A company is only as good as its personnel who represent it. We definitely will recommend SWAN to all others who may need its service.

Called for a $49 "A/C TuneUp". They sent a supervisor, who was very experienced, personable, informative and most of all persuasive. He proceeded to show us our heat-compromised heat exchanger in the furnace, clogged-fin evaporator coils with evidence of freezing and accumulated condensate, and an old-code flue pipe with an incipient crack. I asked for options and was shown a spec/price sheet for complete replacement of the whole shebang along with (begrudgingly) a price for just cleaning the coils and replacing the flue pipes. I initially chose the latter, but after he started the work, he offered to reduce the price of the whole shebang if the boss approves. I accepted what I thought was a high, but fair price. Installation started that afternoon and proceeded through the next day. Thorough, painstaking workmanship and quality outcome was the result. Electrical work to bring total system up to new standards required two more days, but system worked fine at end of first day. One disappointment was the way the payment plan was arranged. It ended up requiring an unexpected huge down payment and signing up for a general-purpose credit card rather than just the "payment plan" or a specific balance due the company.

This critique is a little belated, but is warranted nonetheless. Swan Plumbing, Heating and Air, Incorporated did an exemplary job replacing my main sewer line with a process called “pipe-bursting". It is a method of replacing the sewer line by pulling a new pipe through the existing sewer line which has deteriorated for one reason or another. It is a method of replacing one's main sewer line without digging a much more expensive and property damaging trench where the sewer line is then replaced. Jon M processed my estimate in a most professional manner, and his estimate was accurate and thorough when I received the final bill. His working team (headed by Ernesto) were professional, courteous and thorough in their application of the aforementioned pipe-burst replacement. They were diligent in avoiding certain landscaping items I was concerned about becoming damaged, and even pulled out a tree by its roots and disposed of the tree trunk at my request...and at no extra cost! Ernesto's team then cleaned the site up which made my job of replacing the affected landscaping much more easily! The best part of their due diligence is that I no longer have a periodically flooded basement with sewage that was backed up by roots growing into my sewer line. I can't thank Jon and his team adequately, except by my review of their work. I give them an A+++ on their performance, and recommend them to anyone who has similar problems to what I had!
