Great company. Bought my system from them in 2017, and use them to maintain it. Their technician Chase is always prompt, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend The Comfort Authority.

David was courteous and knowledgeable. He was meticulous in checking all parts of the AC system and provided me with options without sounding like a salesman. I will definitely use this business again.

Tech showed up with no mask & didnt wear one while in my house, even though the room to which he was getting in my attic was not occupied. Will not be calling for service again. During these times you have to be respectful of your customers health and your own. Very disappointed.

David H performed the annual scheduled maintenance service to my A/C yesterday. He was very professional and patient in explaining the issues I could be having in the future with my unit and offered me several options. No pressure. I will continue to do business with Comfort Authority because I trust them.

I am a tenant at an apartment, thus not an owner. In my roll, I had a positive experience. The technician arrived as scheduled, was very courteous, friendly, direct and efficient. I have no reason to question or not respect his work and system evaluation. I cannot speak to the expense, cost of the visit or relative value.

Had Comfort Authority back for my service and Chase P found a worsening mold problem in the air handler and duct work. He was able to install a UV and air filtration system and did all of the work timely, completely and professionally. He was tremendously respectful, and wore his mask and shoe coverings at all time. Fantastic job!

I bought an A/C from The Comfort Authority a year ago and am very pleased with the excellent service I have received. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. Recently I had a minor problem with my A/C which was caused by a common A/C drain I share with a unit below me. Technician Pete diagnosed the problem and immediately repaired it. I would gladly recommend The Comfort Authority to anyone.

Have used comfort authority for several years, they are always super professional, do amazing work and their prices are good! Highly recommend. Had Susie out tonight and she found the problem (bad capacitor) in minutes and replaced it in no time. To top it off I wasn't charged extra even though she showed up after 6pm. Having used other a/c companies in the past I would definitely recommend comfort authority!

We hired Comfort Authority in August to replace our 2 HVAC system. We simply cannot say enough about how amazing our experience has been with each and every tech that has provided services! Gabby, specifically, was absolutely AMAZING! She was so thorough, professional, and made us feel even more confident that we chose Comfort Authority! She spent time listening to our needs, and kept us informed every step of the way. We will choose no other company for any of our HVAC needs!

Had my A/C scheduled maintenance by The Comfort Authority. As always, they called in advance and showed up as promised. The technician, David H, was courteous and has a great customer service attitude. He explained everything he was doing and took time to answer questions thoroughly. He provided an overview of my system once he was complete and suggested additional options for my system. As with all Comfort Authority technicians, he wore shoe coverings to protect my floors and left my home without a trace of his presence. The Comfort Authority has always treated me right and left me feeling like a valued customer, not just another number.

I just had my new AC unit installed by Comfort Authority. Seth and Joe were the installers, and at one point Peter joined to lend a hand. Both Joe and Seth were pleasant, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable in what they were doing. They were busy at it from the moment they arrived this morning, until they left just under an hour ago. Everything was left clean, with the new unit running to my complete satisfaction. Seth went over with me the documents I needed to sign, manual,and some as well as other instructions regarding code inspection, upcoming. I must say Comfort Authority hires good people who know their jobs and take serious their responsibilities. I believe I couldn't have gotten. better installers.

When I have great service, I like to share it with everybody. I've used the Comfort Authority for my AC for several years now and have always been pleased with the service. Once again, this weekend, they came to my rescue! My AC was blowing hot air and in just a couple of hours, the house was 78degrees. Chase came out late Sunday night (I have their Comfort plan) and found the issue and fixed it. (The capacitor was low, and under warranty, and there was a tiny wire that had rubbed off the plastic and disconnected.) They are always professional, prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable! I have never had one bad experience with them over the years and can't recommend them enough to everyone. Thank you to Chase and the Comfort Authority for great service!

After researching reviews, including the Better Business Authority, I had my AC unit get a tune-up and repair with The Comfort Authority, and I am SO impressed! When I called, Beverly (friendly and professional), promptly got me scheduled first thing in the morning the next day. She even called the next morning to let me know the ETA of the service technician. Chase showed up right on time and I can honestly say I can't remember experiencing such exemplary customer service! Chase was considerate, professional, COVID-safe, tidy, and obviously expert and knowledgeable. He explained everything in advance (without "mansplaining"), so there were no surprises!

The whole process was completely transparent. He tested everything, from the electrical components to coolant levels and even cleaned out the pile of rotten leaves in the outdoor unit. (The last AC person that came out said "That's not my job!") The float switch was broken on my unit, but Chase demonstrated how it was not working, so I could see what the problem was with my own eyes. Talk about building trust! The final bill was more than fair and affordable. I'll definitely keep The Comfort Authority for the future!
