Cox came out for my annual service today. I can't say enough grate things about this company. Honest, grate service with a smile. Jim had on his PPE when he came to the door and while working on the unit in the garage. Very professional! Thank you Cox for providing what is a rarity in the industry.

My A/C stoped blowing cold air into the evening, called Cox after not having any success with my previous company they came out within 30 minutes, fixed the problem and the technician was extremely professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. Highly recommended and will be using them from now on.

I was happy with Cox until I had a problem and then they showed their lack of professionalism and knowledge. I had an issue with the actual temperature in my home being 4-6 degrees higher than my thermostat setting. When I called Cox, they responded right away and installed a new $800 fan. Problem solved? Nope. Within a few days, it was clear that the fan didn't fix the problem, so I called Cox again. Problem solved? Nope. This time, they installed the correct fan for an additional $400. Problem solved? Still no! I gave them a chance to figure out the problem, but they couldn't. I told the representative that I didn't understand why they, as experts, couldn't determine the problem. I also mentioned that if I didn't hear back, I would take further action. This was a perfect opportunity for upper management to contact me and try to resolve the issue, but I heard nothing - just silence. I called Duke to assess the situation and also reached out to a couple of other AC companies for their opinions. They were shocked at the cost of the fans and said it was too much money. They also suggested that I might have insulation issues and problems with the AC ducts. Why couldn't Cox tell me this? Cox had multiple chances to fix the problem, but they did nothing - so disappointing. I understand that they might be upset with my review, but they still haven't called me. This is not how you run a business. Make sure to do your research and get different opinions before choosing any company. Cox would definitely be at the bottom of my list.
