Aloha Air ConditioningInc was great! I contacted them on a Monday when my A/C wasn't working, and they gave me a call that same day to troubleshoot the issue. They then came by the next day and replaced a few parts, and the AC was working again. They answered all my questions. Thanks Aloha Air ConditioningInc for fixing the A/C in my apartment-appreciate it!

I got two Daikin AC systems (4 ton and 3 ton units) for my 3200 sq. ft. crib. They both got a 20 SEER rating. Let me tell ya, I've been in South Florida since '68 and this is the FIRST AC company that does top-notch work and ain't tryna rip me off on service rates. Big thanks to Jared (office manager) and Joe (service manager) for keepin' my systems in tip-top shape and my crib cool all year round. And to whoever's readin' this, just know that this review is comin' from a perfectionist who ain't never goin' to another AC company again.

We are so happy with Aloha Air Conditioning Inc company. Their service is above and beyond. We were preparing to leave for vacation and our air conditioning failed the evening before our early morning flight. I made a call and arranged for a neighbor to let them in. They came later that day. Since our AC was older, it was not worth putting the money in repairs and we decided to replace. They actually sent a tech out to replace the AC next day, in order to keep the house cool until the replacement could be installed the next week...at no extra charge. Great customer service and good products...we will definitely recommend them to all of our friends.

Aloha put in our Rheem ac in 2014 at a good price. We saw their ad on the back of our church bulletin. On 9/12, we found out that the fan wasn't working on the outdoor unit. I called them and they came when they said they would. The fan, motor, and mount were all broken on the outside unit, but luckily they were still under warranty. They told me beforehand that it would cost $859. I agreed, but I didn't have much choice since I was out of town and my son was helping with the repairs. It seems like the parts were easy to find because they were able to fix it the next day. They said the labor costs were for the time spent on repairs and getting the parts. From my calculations, it's well over $200 an hour since the technician was on site for less than 3 hours in total. Although I'm happy with the repair, having a warranty on a product bought from them doesn't seem very useful, and the labor charge is way too high.
