I am always satisfied with the service provided by Rick Ménard Heating & Cooling and their team. I just had my yearly furnace, A/C and fireplace maintained by Rick Ménard Heating & Cooling, one of their technicians. He arrived right on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. I found him very thorough and open to answer questions. He showed me how to open the ceramic door on the fireplace to be able to clean it myself. All in all, very satisfied and I would not hesitate to recommend him or the business.

It was a pleasure doing business with Rick Menard Heating & Cooling. They were able to provide a technician with little notice who provided me with a proper assessment of my old A/C. Their salesman who came a few days later provided us with all the alternatives in terms of replacement. After a long winter and spring, the installers came and efficiently installed our new unit and provided us with a clear explication as to how it functions. Very pleased with our experience with all the interactions with employees of Rick Menard H & C.

We've used Rick Menard Heating & Cooling for furnace and A/C service for years, always with good results. When the old water heater started to leak we decided it was time to buy. Rick Menard himself was very helpful with the purchase decision, ordered the new tank, and quickly scheduled our appointment. For the appointment, both Rick and his team member were friendly, professional and communicative (but fully masked) when it came time to install. They had to make some adjustments to the old piping and did so cleanly and carefully. The tanks were switched with no damage to the basement or wood floors. They also removed and returned the old rental tank. Thanks for the good work!

We had our new furnace and A/C replaced by Rick Menard Heating & Cooling two years ago and just had one of their technicians, [technician's name], come in to do the routine maintenance and cleaning. We have always been very happy with all the people we have had contact with from this company and today was no exception. [Technician's name] was very knowledgeable and very willing to listen and answer all my questions. He did a very thorough job with the cleaning and maintenance as well as making some adjustments to our system based on discussions we had when he arrived. It was clear that [technician's name] was not just trying to rush through the work and get on to the next job because he took his time to do it well. He was a bright and very pleasant person to talk to and I would not hesitate to have him back for future service.

I've used Rick Menard Heating & Cooling in the past and was very happy with their service and interaction with the office and employees. This time I received a general email to "book now for AC maintenance and avoid the rush" so I did. My appointment was cancelled the day before it was scheduled as they were busy with emergencies. They would call the following week to rebook. I did not receive a follow-up call a week later so I called and rebooked for the next week. They came promptly with this rescheduled visit and although I did not receive good news regarding my air conditioner, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable with thorough explanations. No maintenance was performed and I need to decide on the next steps, but overall I would recommend Rick Menard Heating & Cooling for their service. One lost star due to the initial appointment cancellation and lack of follow-up.

I had a great service again with Rick Menard Heating & Cooling Ltd. The first service was the installation of the fresh air return 2 years ago. This time 10-year-old *furnace broke down due to the failure of the second heat exchange. I decided to call Rick Menard H&C Ltd again base on the great installation from the fresh air return years ago. *Rick Menard was great and clearly explain all the options and the rebates *they gave out to replace the failure furnace. *He gave me a product quote from the best, better, good and other options choice to choose from. Instead of pushing me to buy the most expensive products like other HVAC companies, *he gave me good advice to choose the right furnace for our home and our needs. Because of this, we feel comfortable to give Rick Menard H&C Ltd. another deal. The technician, *John and his helper *Mike came in time and started the job right away. They both very professional and had done the job very well. *John did a very great job on the installation and detected some errors from the previous installers and fixed the issue. The crews cleaned up well after finishing their job. We are very happy with their work, love the way they run the drain piping and venting. We strongly recommend Rick Menard H&C Ltd. for the HVAC services. Best of all, the payment plan and the extended-12-year warranty package made the deal very attractive.
