On around September 14th 2025 my account was suspended. Said something about me not being truthful about my age. I've written to customer service about 15 times. The same old 'A customer service rep will get back with you soon.' The reps that got back to me never helped me. None of them. I was given ticket numbers and still no help in 2026. Please tell me why my account was suspended.

Desired outcome: I'd like my account back, or told at the very least why it was suspended.
