I bought three 300 Blackout mags but got *** mags instead. I know you can shoot 300 *** from *** but it might cause problems. The mags had different item numbers, so it should have been clear when they pulled the order. I contacted customer service, and they said they would send the right ones and a return label for the wrong ones. But two weeks later, I still didn't get the right items or an email about what was happening. I tried to contact them again, but I just got a refund because it's been over a month since I ordered. They said, "If it's new, you can return it. Ship it to SAA ***." I won't buy from them again, and I suggest you don't waste your time or money either.

I paid $71.29 to surplusammo.com for 4 boxes of rifle ammo for my AR-15 on 3/14/2022. They shipped it by Ground to a specified FFL Agent as firearm laws require, but the Agent had retired, and the shipment was returned on 4/1/2022. An employee contacted me about the return. I discovered the business had shut down since January 2022. After trying to contact Surplusammo for 3 weeks without a response, I'm seeking a refund as the order couldn't be completed. The order number is made on 3/14/2022, paid with a Credit Card.
