I bought three 300 Blackout mags but got *** mags instead. I know you can shoot 300 *** from *** but it might cause problems. The mags had different item numbers, so it should have been clear when they pulled the order. I contacted customer service, and they said they would send the right ones and a return label for the wrong ones. But two weeks later, I still didn't get the right items or an email about what was happening. I tried to contact them again, but I just got a refund because it's been over a month since I ordered. They said, "If it's new, you can return it. Ship it to SAA ***." I won't buy from them again, and I suggest you don't waste your time or money either.

I paid $71.29 to surplusammo.com for 4 boxes (20 count each) of *** caliber *** rifle ammo for my AR-15 long gun on 3/14/2022. They delivered it by *** Ground to a specified FFL Agent as *** firearm laws mandate, but the FFL Agent retired and the delivery was returned to Surplusammo on 4/1/2022. An employee named *** called me to inform me of the returned package. I said I would look into what went wrong and get back to them to resolve the situation. I found out that the business (*** ll,4944 ***. ***) had closed permanently since January 2022. I tried to reach Surplusammo by phone and E-mail for nearly 3 weeks, but they didn't answer. I just want my money refunded since the order wasn't fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances. The order number is #*** made on 3/14/2022 via *** Credit Card online. Thank you ComplaintsBoard.com!
