Customer Service
I've submitted five requests for information about an item missing from my order, since December 7th. As of January 31st, I still haven't gotten a response. I filled out 2 customer service forms on their web site. I didn't get the courtesy of a reply. I chatted live with customer service reps, 3 times, and each said someone would get back to me. Either they just lied or whoever was supposed to get back to me isn't doing their job.

Charles [12:44:59 PM] My order number [protected], I believe, was supposed to contain a gift card. The rifle arrived at my FFL on December 7th but the gift card was not included. On December 7th, I filled out the customer service form on your web site, asking about the gift card. NO RESPONSE On the evening of December 11th, I got on live chat. The person I chatted with said the day shift customer service would be notified and I'd get a response within 2 business days. 3 days later - NO RESPONSE. I chatted with the same person on December 14th. He assured me I'd get a response on Monday, December 17th. December 18th came and went and, still, NO RESPONSE. I filled out, yet another online customer service inquiry, and that was ignored, as well. On December 27th, I received email, from you, asking me to give "Feedback on your Experience with Brownells". I did leave feedback and it wasn't positive. I didn't get a response to that either.

The Three companies Police Store, Brownells, and Sinclair are a BIG JOKE !
Your online store is a waste of mine and probably thousand of other customers.
I have ordered twice from your stores, and both times its been canceled, because you have lied to the customer online saying "in stock" BULL$#*! !
And then if there is a partial number of boxes you will ship them and charge the same amount you would have for the full order BULL$#*!. Flat rate or not you are not taking care of the people that keep you in business. I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family not to waste their time with a JOKE of a company!
They remove Reviews without notice and if they get asked, they telling Fairytales about it. Did not face the Truth and telling you, that you use it it incorrect..
