Support Pets review: Renewal of support pets plan with new id card

My name is Marcia Lash. I'm the handler of
our two dogs, Izzi & Ruthie who are a Chihuahua & Golden Retriever with the
Registration ID: ESA3693879231 which
expired on 11/28/25. I contacted supportpets.com & renewed my plan some-
time between the last week of Nov'25 & the
first week of Dec'25 with a payment for the renewal. I told that representative that I was leaving to fly to Alaska to visit my daughter,
so I needed the new card ASAP. I was told that the card would arrive within the week, but it has never come.
