SupplyHouse They took advantage of my elderly client.

This company shipped my client a totally damaged product. They then sent the incorrect item which is also unusable. They will not return the item and only say "sorry there is just nothing we can do". So they sell unusable goods and will not stand behind them. They have scammed my elderly client could not care less. They should close their doors and never return to the space.

Recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

SupplyHouse SupplyHouse's Incompetence: Delayed Shipment and Poor Customer Service

Yo, so I had to get a part to fix my heat 'cause it was cold af in my crib and I got a 2-year-old who can't be chillin' in that kinda temperature. I put in an order overnight and was hopin' to get it the next day. But when I called to check on it, they said they didn't even know if it was shipped yet. Like, what the hell? Ain't nobody got time for that. And it's not like I can wait around for a week, I need this part ASAP. But instead, SupplyHouse's weak-[censored] managers can't even give me a straight answer on when or if I'll even get the part. That's just straight up incompetence.

SupplyHouse Supplyhouse.com Delivered Top-Notch Customer Support & Speedy Shipping

I gotta tell ya, I was in a pickle. I needed a receipt for a water heater I got from supplyhouse.com so I could get a sweet rebate from my electric company. I wasn't sure what to do, so I called up the digits that were listed and in a flash, Chelsea was on the blower. I told her my predicament and she got right on it. She didn't waste any time, she knew exactly what to do and before I knew it, I had a paid receipt in my inbox. Can you believe it? That's what I call top-notch customer service!

If that wasn't enough, when it came to delivering the water pump, supplyhouse.com made sure everything was taken care of. They shipped it without any hiccups, and it was in my hot little hands in no time. I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with this outfit. They really know how to impress their customers.

Guys, you gotta check out SupplyHouse (supplyhouse.com) if you're in need of any plumbing or HVAC supplies. I just had the best experience with them when I ordered a gas water heater.

First off, let me just say that this thing was packed like Fort Knox. The ship prep was no joke - four layers of triple-walled cardboard, strapped down to the pallet, and then shrink wrapped in plastic. When I finally got my hands on it two days later, it looked like it had just come fresh off the assembly line. No dents, no scratches, nothin'.

But the best part? The price. I did my research beforehand and got quotes from a couple other places, but they were charging $300 to $700 more for the same exact water heater. No way was I gonna waste my money when SupplyHouse had a low price guarantee.

SupplyHouse Speedy Delivery and Great Prices! My SupplyHouse Review

I was having some trouble with my anti backflow valve and needed a rebuild kit as soon as possible. So, I called up some of the local shops, but they all told me that it would take at least two days to get the kit that I needed. That's when I decided to check out SupplyHouse. I went to their website and found the kit that I needed in just a few clicks. I placed my order online around 4:00pm and wondered how long it would take to arrive. To my surprise, the website claimed that the kit would be delivered the very next day!

Now, I'm not a big believer in such claims, especially when I order something so late in the day. But, I decided to trust them and wait for the package. I thought that it would take a couple of days at least, but to my amazement, the kit arrived on my front doorstep exactly 24 hours after I placed my order. I was really impressed by how they managed to ship it so quickly and on-time!

The kit was exactly what I needed and the price was really reasonable too - in fact, it was one of the lowest prices that I found online. I was really happy with everything from the ease of using their website to the incredible speed of delivery. All in all, I would definitely recommend SupplyHouse to anyone looking for high-quality plumbing products at great prices and with speedy delivery. They are definitely my go-to choice from now on and I really appreciate their phenomenal service.

SupplyHouse SupplyHouse Review: Fast Shipping, Affordable Prices, and Easy-to-Find Products!

I've been purchasing from SupplyHouse for a long time now, and they're pretty cool. They used to be called PexSupply, but they changed their name to something different that sounds equally awesome. You know what else is awesome? Their fast shipping! They get my stuff to me in no time. Plus, you don't have to spend a ton of dough just to get free shipping like other places. I like that. They also make it easy to figure out which thingamabob fits your doohickey because they list everything about it on the page. And let's not forget the prices! They're usually the cheapest. But if they're not, they'll still give you the same deal as their other peeps. I mean, who does that for you? Nobody, that's who! I adore SupplyHouse, because they're my go-to for heating, ventilation, and plumbing tools!

SupplyHouse Disappointing Experience with SupplyHouse.com's Water Heater Vault and Customer Service

I recently bought a water heater vault from SupplyHouse.com and boy, was I disappointed. When the parts arrived, we eagerly unpacked the box, ready to install it. However, we quickly realized that the threaded interface was worn out and seemed like it had been used already. How disappointing! We immediately reached out to their customer service team and explained the situation in detail. We were hopeful that they would help us resolve this issue.

But, we were in for a rude shock! Instead of being helpful, their customer service team told us that the part was not returnable since we had "unpacked" it and "tried to install" it. But, here's the thing - we didn't even remove the tapes from the parts, let alone use it. How could they make such a baseless assumption? We were angry and felt cheated.

Their customer service team sent us a series of emails, but they were no help at all. In fact, they seemed more interested in finding ways to prevent us from returning the part and getting our refund. It was a frustrating experience, and we were left feeling very unhappy with their services.

Overall, I feel that SupplyHouse.com let us down, and we wouldn't recommend their services to anyone looking for quality products and customer service. It's clear that they don't value their customers enough to ensure their satisfaction.

SupplyHouse Unbeatable Service & Savings: My Experience with SupplyHouse

I've been a customer service worker for many years, so I know how a review can affect a business. And I wanna tell ya, my experience with SupplyHouse was top-notch. It was really great! I talked to a guy named Danny who was super helpful. He made sure I was getting the right part and even ordered it with me on the phone. That way, I could check it out in real time. And get this: he only charged me for ground rates. Can you believe it? The overall cost of the part I needed was $100.00 cheaper than anywhere else I looked! I mean, that's just awesome.

Now, I gotta be honest, I was a little unsure about the whole thing. But when I got my part the very next day, by 7 pm, I was blown away. Apparently, they found a distributor near my area and were able to get the part to me real quick. This was especially important because I needed a control module for an air handler blower motor. And wouldn't ya know it, the part was an exact match and super easy to install. I mean, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I wanna thank SupplyHouse and especially Danny for a job well done. I'm definitely gonna tell my friends about ya'll and use you again soon. Thanks again for everything, Danny! You're the man!

SupplyHouse SupplyHouse Failed to Deliver & Charged Unjustified Fees

So, I ordered this water heater from SupplyHouse that was supposed to be in stock, and I was told it would be delivered to my tenant within the week. But, every day I checked the tracking information, the delivery date kept getting pushed back. My tenant had to change plans multiple times to be present for new delivery dates. After a while, I decided to contact customer service to see what was going on with the delivery. The delivery date was now scheduled for 8/30, which was unacceptable. I demanded answers, and the customer service representative promised to call me back, but I never received that call.

The next day, I looked at the tracking information only to find out that the delivery date had been pushed back to 8/19; a date that had already passed over a week ago! Frustrated and annoyed, I talked to another representative and decided to cancel my order since the product was lost in transit, and I had already got a replacement from Home Depot with my handyman. However, three days after canceling the order, I received an email from SupplyHouse stating they were going to charge me a $121 freight fee; otherwise, the product would remain in transit, and I would not get a refund.

I was shocked! Nowhere on any of the emails and invoices I received did it say that I would be charged any additional fees. They clearly stated that I could cancel the order at any time, and there would be no to low restocking fees. I do not see any reason why I should pay for a product that SupplyHouse couldn't deliver on time as promised.

In summary, my experience with SupplyHouse has been a disaster. I was promised delivery within a week, but it ended up taking a lot longer than that. When I tried to get answers, I was met with poor customer service and unfulfilled promises. To top it all off, they want to charge me a fee for a product that I had to cancel due to their inability to deliver on their promise. I would not recommend this company to anyone and urge everyone to look elsewhere for their plumbing needs.

SupplyHouse Most incompetent, lying customer service department I have ever encountered!

First they sent out the wrong size part, not once but twice...two days in a row, after specifically asking them to match up the elbow 3/4's onto a 3/4s pipe, when they sent out the wrong size the first time...then the 2nd box arrived, next day, and they sent out the same wrongly sized part. WAREHOUSE ISSUES...Customer service then called multiple times to fix the problem, and send parts back. What should be a seamless simple return process turned into a nightmare of epic incompetence at every turn with this company. Said they would send out a return, UPS label. Simply enough. What they sent was a long UPS tracking number, and no label, or any link to the label, or any QR box that could be scanned to print out a label...like at amazon.com. Then multiple calls to Customer service today, first told they could sent out a 2nd email, but person doesnt come in till 11am, but would take a day to get it? When told that was not good enough...the female caucasian stated, just go to any UPS office and they can print it out for you using the tracking number. (Lie number one, they cannot) went to three UPS stores, then UPS itself, they too could find no return label, no QR box to scan, no bar code to scan, when they punched the tracking number in...PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED YET! UPS STATED IT IS A PROBLEM AT SUPPLY HOUSE...THAT THEY NEED TO RESOLVE. UPS told me to request a TAG CALL, which Supply house has to set up, a driver will pick up at the house, and print out the return mailing label. So I call Supply House again today and was told an email was sent out with a new mailing label, the call at 11;30am, 12:30 and no emails, in the same customer service call requested to speak to a supervisor, and the african american male, did put me on hold for a supervisor...then told me they are all in meeting...Ended the call and stated I would check email again for any 2nd email with a return mailing label...that customer service agent, told me there would be a link, just like in the first email sent...that one did not work, the highlighted in Red UPS tracking number...so four days later and still not able to get a return label from SUPPLY HOUSE.COM. Even asked if they had been hacked or IT problems, they stated no. Yet what should take two seconds to due, like at amazon, takes four days? Next route to contact Corporate Hdqrts to give feedback on the incompetent service and incorrect information Customer Service agents put out to customers that have recieved incorrectly filled part orders...ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY...hours waisted and not one employee can fix the problem, or problems. This is not rocket science, poor management and lack of accountability. If I could give a zero for overall rating I would, if they do fix this problem for me, expeditiously I will repost a new rating and feedback, I do not expect that to happen anytime soon;{

First off, I gotta say, SupplyHouse's service is fast as heck! But, unfortunately, I ended up getting the wrong parts. And lemme tell ya, the return shipping and handling prices were sky-high. I ain't kidding. So, if you're gonna order, make sure you double-check and triple-check that you've got the right part before hitting that purchase button. 'Cause returning it? SupplyHouse Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Negative Experience with SupplyHouse

I'm ain't a happy camper with SupplyHouse. They messed up my order real bad. I placed an order with these guys for a couple of thousand dollars, but they didn't give me a credit that they owed me. They straight-up denied it and tried to get away with it. That ain't right!

These dudes are from New York, and they were acting like typical New Yorkers. Don't get me wrong; I don't have anything against them city-slickers, but these guys just rubbed me the wrong way. They acted like they didn't care about my business and that they were better than me.

If you're a contractor, you better beware of this company. They might try to pull a fast one on you, just like they did with me. I wouldn't use them again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay away!

SupplyHouse Dishonorable Warranty Denial by SupplyHouse Leaves Customer Disappointed and Disillusioned

I got this new part off SupplyHouse (supplyhouse.com) but unfortunately, the part failed after I installed it for my customer. I tried returning it but the customer service reps wouldn't accept it. They claimed that I had installed the wrong part even though it was the exact same make, model, and had all the right specs and plugs. I'm pretty disappointed that they wouldn't honor their own warranty and accept the return. It feels like a scam to me. If this is how SupplyHouse operates, I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

SupplyHouse Disappointing Experience with SupplyHouse: Missed Delivery and False Excuse

So I had an experience recently with SupplyHouse and I gotta say, it wasn't the greatest. I mean, don't get me wrong, I was pumped when I ordered my package and it was all set to be delivered by the UPS truck. But then, out of nowhere, SupplyHouse requested they send the package back! Like, what gives?

So I called them up to see what the deal was, and they straight up lied to me and said it was because of the so-called "Chinaflu". That just doesn't make any sense to me, you know? Why would they do something so dumb and cancel my order for no good reason?

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed in SupplyHouse for that move. Like, if you can't keep your orders straight and care about your customers, then what's the point? I'd recommend finding a supplier that doesn't lie to their customers and randomly stop shipments without any reason.
