I ordered an AC condenser, whip, coil and pan for my new central air. I price shopped and they were over $700 or more LESS than everyone else for a really nice unit. They had free shipping (they say usually next day) and that was even going to a residence with a lift gate needed.

There were some bumps or I would have given 5 stars for sure. The order that first day after purchase said it was in transit and arriving the next day but when it didn't and I looked again it still had that date but said the order was processing. 4-5 days later it still showed the same thing, a delivery date in the past and not even in transit, so it was confusing.

I called and the rep said it would arrive the next day but I work close by so I asked for a call ahead. She said they can't unless I ask with my order, also strange. I asked for the warehouse number and who would be delivering and she said she would find out and let me know but never did.

Later that night I started reading some nasty reviews and panicked. I called again for the warehouse number and she said my order had been delivered and refused...WHAT!? I live alone and have cameras, did not happen and according to you wasn't even supposed to happen. My install is Tuesday, what is going on, oh no.

Well, shortly thereafter the DRIVER called me (Surprise!) and he was SUCH a nice man and he said he was 15 minutes out. He came and even pulled around back in the alley close to my storage shed.

My HVAC inspected the equipment and said it was perfect. I'm not sure of the disconnect with their CS and warehouses but hang in there if you are having issues, the info is not always accurate and there is hope yet.

I got shampoo in bulk for our b and b on Feb 23. I called and canceled the order and re-ordered twice based on what the customer service peeps said. I just canceled the third order. All three orders show up on their site as in transit. I don't suggest this company.

Don't shop here if you live or build in a gated community. The drivers won't show their license at the security gate, so they refuse to deliver the order. They ask us to walk a mile to the gate to receive the order and then walk back with the merchandise on our backs to the house. It's the company's policy not to show their license, and I wonder why. Who are the employees?

Bad service. We ordered a lot from this company, but the last 2 orders were terrible customer service. They gave us a delivery date, but they never showed up or delivered our order. When we called to ask, they just said they didn't know why it wasn't delivered. The customer service was bad and it was the worst experience we've had.

This company is a joke. Don't bother with them. I ordered a package in May and it's now August, but I still haven't received it. They keep changing the arrival date and can't even tell me where it is. I want to cancel my order and get my money back, but no one will respond to me. It's like a ghost town. This is a scam, so save your money.

I bought 2 freezers from HD Supply Facilities Maintenance on 8/17 and 8/19 with 2 day shipping. But it's been 4 weeks now and I haven't received them yet. I called them more than 20 times but no luck. Finally, I cancelled my order and they confirmed it. But after a week, FEDEX called me asking about the delivery of 2 freezers. I called HD Supply again and they said they are returning my money. But they won't do it until they get the freezers back from FEDEX. It's been 6 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my $1600.

I bought a 40' ladder from HD Supply Facilities Maintenance for 1073$. I got an email saying my order was confirmed, but then I got a voicemail saying my card was declined. I checked my bank and the money was taken out. I called the company and the employee wasn't sure what was happening. Later, I got an email saying my order was out of stock. They charged my card twice. I asked my bank to reverse the payment. I wouldn't recommend this company. Their ratings aren't good and seem to be getting worse. They might be failing or just a scam. Not a good place to shop!

We got a door from here that we didn't need and started the return process. After not hearing anything for about 2 weeks, we asked what was going on and they said it was taking a while to get someone to pick up the door. They said they'd let us know when the next step happened, but we never heard anything. We asked four more times and got no response. It's been four months and we still haven't gotten our money back and we still have the door. It was hard to get in touch with them in the first place because the email on the invoice was wrong, so we had to use the contact form on their website.

This company is not good for anything! If you want your stuff to be delivered on time, don't use them. They never have what you need and it takes forever to get it. They use FedEx for shipping, which is a joke. Sometimes they use other companies and the shipping cost is crazy. The people who work there don't speak English well and they don't know what they're doing. The salesperson in my area is useless. Don't open a credit account with them, the billing department is a mess. It was hard to deal with them.

hd supply is a joke, the manager is arrogant and doesn't care about anyone in the region. the delivery drivers are lazy and drop off items in the middle of nowhere. when you try to reach out for help, you get ignored or disrespected. they say items were delivered when they weren't. i'm moving to lowes and suggest you do too if you don't want to be ripped off by this failing company.

horrible experience. i orderd 3 toilets. 2 of them had broken tanks. they said i had to buy 2 new toilets and they couldnt just send the tanks. i had to buy the new toilets, return the broken ones, and then theyd give me back 500+ dollars. they said theyd email me a shipping label but it never came. i got 2 tanks that werent the same as the original ones. when i called, they said i had to pay 500+ again before theyd ship what i ordered. it took forever to get my money back. terrible company. the first customer service person was rude but the second one, quanna, was nice.

I bought a Zenith 24W X 26"H Surface Mount Espresso Wood Medicine Cabinet from HD Supply Facilities Maintenance on 4/22/2022. When I opened the box, I saw some small problems with the coating on the frame of the unit. It shouldn't be a big deal when it's installed, but it made me worried. When I looked at the overall construction of the unit, I saw that the joint where the bottom meets the left side was almost coming apart. The other three joints weren't very tight either. I needed to install it quickly, so I couldn't return it. I used some glue and small nails to reinforce the joints. Also, the backing for the mirror on the left door was installed poorly. When the doors were closed, I could see the unfinished backing panel in between the mirrors. I trimmed the exposed panel carefully so that it wouldn't be visible. This cabinet is the worst household item I've ever bought. I don't think it will last more than 2 or 3 years in a bathroom.

I orderd a replacment part for my oven. They sent me the wrong part (that was mislabeled as the right one). I called to return it. They said they would accept the return and pick it up. They never came to pick it up and havent refunded my money. They havent responded to any of my attempts to follow up by email or phone.

I ordered W208408618 and it was supposed to be shipped to *** services llc ***. I placed the order on 12/17. However, we never received the whole shipment and we rejected it. Despite this, we are still being charged outrageous amounts. For example, we were charged $1,000.00 each for PART *** CFRST Citrus Sage Bath Bar Case Of 320 and we ordered a quantity of 2. This is fraud and we will be contacting the FTC to escalate the issue.

I been waiting for my order from HD Supply Facilities Maintenance since 9/4. They supposed to ship my order #*** with a case #*** but it hasn't come yet. When I check the order status, it says it's delivered, but it's not. I talked to their customer order reps five times, and they just give me excuses and run me around. They said they would let me know, but I haven't heard anything yet.

I bought 4 Frigidaire Units from HDSupplySolutions for my hotel in 2020 with a 1 year warranty. All 4 units had problems that started in 2021 (during the warranty year). I had to spend money to replace them right away. I made a warranty claim in September, while the units were still under warranty, but I still haven't been treated fairly. HDSupplySolutions, *** still hasn't fixed my purchase of the bad units. They say that my storage of the units made them worse, but they were already bad before I stored them.

I saw 3 charges on my credit card from HD Supply on 09/22 for items I canceled. I talked to a customer service person who helped me cancel 2 items on backorder. They transferred me to a parts manufacturer customer service person to get my refunds. But the items were never canceled and now, after 2 months, I lost over $200 from my credit card. The first customer service person told me I would get my refund in 48 hours after canceling the parts. My account profile shows the parts as canceled, but one part was delivered on 9/13 and the other on 9/22, two weeks after I canceled. I want my $201 refund back on my credit card as soon as possible.

I ordered some ink cartridges from HD Supply on April 30 for $74.84. My account number was *** and my order/tracking number was w210078245, but now it's a different number ***. They were supposed to arrive on May 6, but I never got them. I contacted the company and a representative told me on May 7 that my order was delivered to a safe place, but they don't know where that is. She said she would email her boss to find out what happened, but I haven't heard back from them in 2 to 3 business days. I just want my money back since I never got my order and they can't tell me where it is. They sent me an invoice saying not to pay, but I paid with my credit card. What's going on? Can you help me? I'm still waiting for something to happen with HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. They need to be more aggressive. They say they've never had funds sent back from a bank, but that's hard to believe. In my case, they're trying to keep the money they owe me. Based on their actions, they probably owe me more since they don't seem to know if returns were denied after my account was closed. I gave them a specific decline date of February 22nd. When I got the return memo, I thought they were ethical. But now I can't understand how HD Supply is aware of funds returned to a closed account. It seems like they're trying to keep my over $400 and other returns in question. I can see their motives for money, and they claim to be in a twist because this has never happened before. That makes me think they may have more of my funds and other customers' funds, since they can't track refunds denied after account closure even with a date provided. I'm thinking about starting a website about this situation.

I orderd a door from HD Supply Facilities Maintenance and they said it would come on 8/1/22. They sent an email asking if I was happy with the delivery, but the next day the trucking company said it would come early that afternoon. When the truck arrived, the driver called me and said he was parked in front of the school. I told him to park there because I live in a mobile home park and was worried about his truck. I met him and saw that the door had holes and was stepped on. I didn't accept it and have pictures. I called many times for a refund, but they always say they'll get back to me in *** hours. I called again today and got the same answer. They take your money right away, but it's hard to get a refund. I suggest finding a company with good ComplaintsBoard.com reviews.
