I recently made a purchase on SuperHeroStuff and I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed. I ordered two shirts, which were not cheap by any means, and according to their support page, most items are shipped within 1 or 2 days. However, it has now been 2 and a half weeks since I placed my order and there has been no movement in my shipping details.

I decided to reach out to their support team to inquire about my order and was informed that my items were coming directly from the manufacturer and would take about 7-10 business days before they could be shipped from their warehouse. I was assured that once shipped, my order would go out all together and I would receive a tracking email.

Unfortunately, it has now been 12 business days and I still haven't received any updates on my order. I don't recall seeing anything on the site stating that the product I purchased was coming from a third party and would cause such a delay.

I'm going to give it three more business days before I cancel my order. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my shirts, but the lack of communication and delay in shipping has left me feeling frustrated. I hope SuperHeroStuff can improve their shipping process in the future to avoid disappointing their customers.

This is the best place to go if you want to show your support for your favorite Galactic Empire or if you want to be comfy in some superhero-themed socks! I first hit the site looking for a new hat and found a treasure trove of everything from Marvel to Star Trek. I found several hats that I didn't know were out there. I've been a customer ever since they had the Death Star Engineering hat and have been singing their praises whenever I can.

Though, there is one small gripe: if you have your eye set on something in a certain size, just go ahead and go for it. Cause the next time you go and get whatever, it might not be in that size next time. I'm still waiting for some Green Lantern gear to get restocked hopefully soon. But other than that, my overall grade for them is: 10/10, will shop again!

Great customer service! I gotta say, the first time I ordered from SuperHeroStuff, I got a Red Hood hat that was a size too big for me. But they were so cool about it and exchanged it for me without any hassle. And let me tell you, the quality of that hat was so good that I just had to get more. I now have Nightwing, Red Robin, and Robin hats, and I just got my Batman, Superman, Green Arrow, and Flash hats. They all look incredible, and some even better than they did online. I'm not even a hat person, but I now have 8 hats in just two months, and I'm already eyeing my 9th - a Spiderman hat. All of them are 39thirties, by the way.

This company has a great selection of superhero stuff, and their customer service is top-notch. I'll definitely be back for more!

Got my husband a Star Wars Jedi Robe from SuperHeroStuff.com for Christmas. He was thrilled with it, but after the first wash (on gentle, mind you), one of the seams ripped and there were a bunch of little snags in the fabric. I reached out to customer service to explain the situation, hoping for a simple solution like "send it back and we'll refund you" or "sorry, you washed it, can't help you". But the response I got was totally useless. I even replied to their "how do you like this product?" email with the same info and got no response.

It's interesting to note that the robe isn't even on their website anymore, so it seems like they might know it's a problematic product. I'm returning it anyway and hoping for a good customer service experience, but I won't be shopping on SuperHeroStuff.com again. It's a shame because they have a lot of cool stuff, but if they can't stand behind their products, what's the point?

This website is the bomb! I've been on the hunt for a righteous place to score some sweet hats and other superhero gear, and SuperHeroStuff is where it's at! My last order had a coupon for a free hat, but it didn't work right. No biggie though, I just let them know what hat I wanted and they hooked me up! Shipping ain't half bad either, despite what some folks are saying. I mean, come on, people, chill out! For example, I put in an order on 7/22 (Sunday), and they shipped it out on 7/23. I got it on 7/25 (Wednesday). That's pretty darn fast if you ask me! Then I ordered again on 8/04 (Saturday), and they shipped it on 8/07 (Tuesday). It's supposed to arrive on 8/13 (Monday). So, they got it out of their warehouse in just one business day from when I ordered. The first order was sent via USPS, and the second one is coming via UPS. Seems like UPS orders might take a bit longer, but who cares? It's not like we're comparing this to Amazon Prime (which has its own set of issues, let's be real). Bottom line: if you're a superhero fan who loves superhero clothes, then you gotta check out this website. It's totally rad!

This company has a pretty good selection of superhero items, but they seem to have some issues with keeping their inventory up to date and fulfilling orders. SuperheroStuff is the real deal when it comes to superhero merchandise. I recently purchased a hat from them, and since I already owned a few NewEra hats, I knew my size. After I made my purchase, I received an email saying that my item had shipped. And let me tell you, this wasn't one of those eBay "shipped" emails where the seller marks it as shipped but doesn't actually send it out for days. No, I was able to track my package right away.

That alone was enough to win me over, but then my item arrived super quickly and was packed very well. Unfortunately, the hat I received was a bit too snug for my liking. But when I called the number listed on my invoice, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get help. A very nice girl answered the phone and listened to my situation. She quickly got me the next size up and even emailed me a paid-for return label right then and there. I shipped the hat back the same day, and the very next day (today), they already shipped out my new one.

So, I got this hoodie from SuperHeroStuff and it was looking pretty good when I first got it. It was a Xavier school hoodie and I was really happy with how it looked. But, after washing it a couple of times and wearing it only 10 times, the zipper teeth started falling off. I was really disappointed because I paid around $65 for it and I don't think it's worth that much if it's going to fall apart so quickly. I don't think I'll be buying from SuperHeroStuff again if this is the kind of quality they're selling.

I bought some stuff from SuperHeroStuff for Christmas way back in September. They sent it out on the 29th of September, but then on the 9th of October, it was sent back to them. I got in touch with them and they said I needed to confirm my address for the shipping company. So I did that, but now it's the 3rd of November and they haven't replied to my last three emails. According to the tracking, my stuff is still just sitting there in limbo. It hasn't even been sent back to me yet. This is some useless service, let me tell you. I've asked them to either send my stuff again or give me my money back, but they haven't replied. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
