Supercuts review: Service

On Monday August 2nd at 2:00 PM. I entered your store at Cypresswood & Highway 45 in Spring Texas 77388. 19507 Interstate 45 Suite 800. [protected]. I went in to get hair as normal. Sit down in the chair told the girl I wanted High & Tight. And I had mentioned that they always use the trimmer on the sides to get as close to my skin as possible. She argued with me in front of the other customers this was very embarrassing and she continued to argue with me for 5 minutes and she told me that she will not use the trimmer on the sides. So I got to the point where I got up and left.

I'm Very Pissed Off & Shamed. I have been going to supercuts for a long time and they have always used the trimmer on my sides. And now because of this experience I will probably have to go to Sports Cuts.

PS: Customer Satisfaction is very important in this industry.
