Supercuts review: Color & cut

I made an appointment, via phone days before, for a color and cut. I walked in and Jake greeted me and looked at the computer. I reminded him it was for a Color & Cut. I told him I had product in my hair that needed to be washed out. (I'm handicapped and couldn't do it before my appointment.) He unhappily washed my hair, getting water everywhere, and then proceeded to but a product in my hair from a clear bottle with a green top. I asked him about it and he just said "It does a lot of things". Then I asked him if it will effect the color and he looked very surprised. Jake didn't color match the color to my hair or even look in the computer to see what color they used previously. He set a timer and then took a cut in between. The timer went off and Jake continued the conversation with that man for another 10 minutes, at the register. I finally had to interrupt and remind him that I was still waiting. It came out way too dark and he never did do the cut. By then I was so upset with him I just paid and walked out without confronting him. Jake was very lazy and unprofessional. I've never had that kind of treatment there before.
