I had my hair done this morning (June 1, 2021 BORICS Brentwood Towne Square in Pittsburgh). I was charged $3.95 on top of the cost of the haircut. My question is WHY? There was ZERO extra done cleanliness wise that was not done PRIOR to Covid. The only cleaning done was sweeping the floor, and that was done since opening all hair salons. No gloves, no spraying down, no wiping down. The mask worn was my own, and the mask worn by stylist was his own. So why the extra charge? NOTHING different was done !

Asked for a cut and style. Got charged for adult cut which is fine but then charged another 18 dollars for a blow dry? I thought there was a set price for Cut and style? Wash cut and style is not even that much. The stylist did not apply my coupon even after I reminded her twice. Horrible haircut, my layers hang there, not blended at all. The last time two times I have been there there had not been a single experienced stylist. Always apprentices. I will never return to this business.
